If I could give negative stars I would. First time I came to this store I came at 7:45 and the store closes at 8. You would have thought I was committing a crime the way the store employees reacted. I had 3 people within a 10 mins span tell me that the store closes at 8. Extremely rude like please let me get what I need instead of harassing me to leave Then today I had to make a return and the tag fell off when I tried it on so I tried telling the store employee. Brushed me off and said "well you cant return it then" and then said she was "speaking to a manager" which I think she just left for 2 mins to then return and say "yeah sorry can't help you" and then WALKED AWAY FROM THE REGISTER so she didn't have to talk to me anymore Absolutely horrible customer service read more

This location is pretty big and well organized. There is a person at the door to keep count of how many people are in the store and to greet customers. The store is neat and the displays flow. The people at the register are very nice. They wrap everything in pink tissue paper. There are good sales and deals to encourage customers to come back. One time during checkout, the manager was yelling for the woman at the register and made it chaotic, but besides that, I've had great experiences here. read more

I went there with my mom and aunt and we got looked at like we were robing the place. barely wanted to help us with anything. we felt like we were bothering them to try on bras, the cashier never even told me I could sign up to their rewards program so instead I used my sisters number to get the promotion of buy 2 get 2. I've never my entire life at shopping a VS felt so bad and uncomfortable. what a shame they still have people like this in the customer service industry. Honestly the management here BLOWS MY MIND. I went in last week to purchase underwear and two managers were discussing a potential hire (very loudly and rudely) and had their filthy notebooks on top of the underwear display and were completely oblivious to the fact that a customer was in the store let alone overhearing their extremely unprofessional conversation about a woman who they had just interviewed, or to the fact that I even tried to squeeze in between them to open a drawer of the underwear. Then I came in again and there was a line of 10+ people with only one person ringing up and that person didn't request for more help but rather an iPad to help someone with an online order. This would be a great location if it weren't always a mess and if the employees had quality management. read more

Besides being the closest location to my home (I work in Manhattan so I could go to one in the city) but I return to the Oceanside location because of the staff. They are friendly, attentive, accommodating & down to earth. They go above & beyond for customer appreciation & service, especially Shannon. She helped me with an exchange for a gift I purchased online for my sister-in-law & VS sent me the wrong size. She made sure to correct the issue & make sure I was happy & content during the process. Sure corporations will always exist but the face to face staff & communication to their merchants/customers in real life should never go unrecognized so thank you for always being so helpful & making my experience better. read more

I'm extremely disappointed in this store. I went In to buy a perfume and waited in front of the empty registers for a good 10 minutes and not one employee was there or around it. I had to go look for someone to ring me up. As well as when I brought my perfume it was part of the promotion to get a free wrap towel and lotion none of which I received and when I brought it up to the worker so told me they were no longer carrying that promotion when it's still active on the website and states it's still active in store. read more

I gave this location 3 stars bc I love the clothes and the convenience. But anytime I'm in this store the employees are always so rude. They never offer to help and always seem to have an attitude. I always feel uncomfortable actually shopping there bc of their grumpy dispositions. The customer service in this store has completely declined and I think it has to do with lack of management. They judge you right when you come into the store by your appearance. Once an associate thought I wouldn't buy anything so she didn't offer to help me. I ended spending over $300 in the store that day. Once I was at the register and they asked who helped me I'm assuming bc they get commission, she tried to say she helped me. I reassured the cashier that the girl did not in fact help me. Anytime they ring me up they are always talking to each other and never paying the customer any mind. This location is neat and very helpful. They helped me with my coupon I got an email for, even though they were not aware of it yet. The sales associates helped me to find the perfect strapless bra, which is usually hard for me! Everyone was so friendly! I can't get over what I experienced today!! It's holiday season and they had ONE person on register. The entire place was empty and I was like "wow that's weird for this time of year" then I went to the register and the line had 7 ppl in front of me!! (So that's where everyone was) After everyone was complaining and giving concerns as to why there is one register open, the manager did not come out to fix this issue AKA this manager should be fired immediately! Horrible customer service!! I will not return to this location! I was next in line while the only cashier open helped a customer with returns. The manager next to her counted money and closed out registers. I waited 20 minutes. Not once did they apologize for the wait or even acknowledge or speak to me. Finally I saw another associate and asked her if she could ring me but she said they were closing soon so she couldn't. Even after she ran me up my 3 items for about $100 no one apologized. There website says they close at 9pm and when I attempted to go into the store the woman locked the door in my face at 8:02. I politely asked her if I could come in to purchase something the rudely said they were closed. I apologized and told her the website said 9pm and she responded with "not my problem". I don't normally give reviews on stores to be honest... however, after today I had to. Honestly, bra shopping is not a particularly fun activity for most individuals and as I am pregnant, less so than normal. This is the second time I've had to go get new bras so I was already not super happy with my situation. The second I walked in I was greeted by Lior (I don't know if I'm spelling that correctly). She was absolutely incredible. She was personable, friendly, helpful-- she basically knew me and what I would like upon laying eyes on me. She made it super comfortable and easy to shop, helped me with everything quickly and she didn't make the process something dreadful... it was actually very enjoyable. I will be returning to see Lior in the future at that store-- probably in a few months when I go up a few more sizes. Thank you for being awesome!! read more

I'm pregnant with my first, and this is my first time shopping for my new body. I was a little confused and even uncomfortable as I don't really know what works for me and Ive changed so much in the past 3 months. I was helped by Natalie, who I later found out was also pregnant, and she was so patient with me. She asked me questions to figure out what I really wanted and brought me different options and explained why something worked or not. Her suggestions made sense, and I genuinely felt like she was trying to help me find something I loved instead of just selling me anything to get a sale. I wish VS would cater to pregnant women as we also want to feel and look sexy during this period, but I'm glad I was able to have someone who truly cared and knew how to help me. read more

This location was super helpful. We got there about half hour before closing and were let in with no problem so I'm sure there has been a change in management. Other stores in this shopping center were definitely closing early and would not let us in but we didn't have a problem at vicky's. Jodi was sooooooo helpful! Knew exactly what my problem was when I told her my bras weren't fitting correctly. She measured me on the spot and we were able to figure it out. Was patient with me (again they were about to close), showed me different options, and even came into fitting room with me at my request to make sure bras were fitting correctly. I was so pleased with my experience here, as I had just previously purchased a bra at a different location which I will not mention and they were not helpful at all. I see from someone else's review NOTHING has changed from this store if I could give no stars at all I would but I did have a helpful associate on the floor once I told her what particular bras I was looking for plus they did not have much in stock at all for my size VS hardly have an A stock which is annoying to begin with. I had my daughter who was only around 1 at the time and was heading to the line for check out when a woman ran to cut me off which I get because check out is so slow there was a manager and an associate checking out as soon as they watched me trying to get to line with a squirming baby and the woman cutting me off instead of helping to ring me up like before us she took the woman (who was returning tons of items with no receipt or credit card to reference ) the other manager closed out the register and walked away after 15 minute wait which felt like forever with my child I simply dropped the purchase on the counter and left !
