This is the absolute WORST Victoria's Secret I have ever entered. The employees are rude, offer no help and treat patrons like dirt. It has only gotten worse during Covid. You can see employees standing around socializing while nobody is allowed to enter the store and people stand in line in the mall corridor. It blows my mind why they remained open but Carbondale was closed. Carbondale knew what customer service means, Paducah absolutely DOES NOT. read more

No social distancing enforced. Cashiers are incredibly slow and unorganized. Just shop online, you'll be way happier.

The owner, Priska, is the heartbeat of this wonderful vintage/antique store. Priska is so friendly and knowledgeable. What an impressive selection of items! I've been to many antique shops, but the Victorian Parlor has more variety and "good stuff" than anywhere I've ever been in the U. S. One could get lost for hours in this store. It's a glorious trip back in time! The Victorian Parlor is located in lovely quaint downtown Paducah. The store was once a Western Union office. The flooring and walls bear evidence of this! I would happily return to Paducah and The Victorian Parlor anytime. And hope I get a chance to do that soon! You should go!

This antique mall is set-up very nicely (don't forget to go upstairs!) and I found it much easier to walk through than some of the other antique stores we've visited this week. The vendors in this mall seem to maintain their booth spaces on a more regular basis, which is nice. My S.O. always had his eye on vintage cameras and there were a lot of them here. Karen (who's a doll, by the way) was the only employee working at the time and was pretty busy wheeling and dealing for the customers. Apparently you can make offers on items here as well and staff can call the seller(s) for you. I left with a NWT (new with tags) fanny pack for my cousin (she collects them) for less than $4 and a couple of plants from a cute booth that someone had. Had this seller offered more plants, I probably would have bought her out. We were in here for about an hour and spent around $12. Masks are required and there's a big bottle of hand sanitizer available when you walk it. By far our favorite antique store on Broadway in downtown Paducah. Recommend.
