I went here tonight to use a much deserved and earned 60$ Angels reward. I literally just got it in the mail and went in to purchase a bra for 69.50$. I was treated so absolutely horrible I will never step foot in this place again. The girl who rang me up said it was already redeemed. Well I knew it was not. She said I have to get a manager. I said ok. The manager, who never introduced herself, which I will come back to explain - Kristina (with a K) said she could do nothing for me except give me customer service's number. I called it with no problem and was on with them for 8 about minutes. They stated my reward was in fact NOT redeemed. I let the girl know who rang me up and she grabbed it out of my hand rather aggressively and had a total attitude and pushed me off to another girl to ring me up. Do they even know how much I would have to spend in their store to receive a 60$ reward?? Unbelievable! I asked the girl who was now ringing me up (short blonde hair with glasses, heavy set has been there for 15 years at least, always miserable, never advanced after all these years for a reason I suppose) what the managers name was. She actually said to me that she can't give out that information. I said then why do you always ask me who was helping me? They always want a name to type in when you check out. I saw the manager as I was leaving and asked her what her name was- she said Kristina with a k. It probably isn't even her real name lol. The unprofessional rude treatment I received was completely uncalled for. I think Victoria's Secret is not doing well these days and are desperate to have the people that they do working for them. I think it's time they closed to be honest. Quality and customer service has gone so far down hill it's pathetic! read more

During my most recent visit, when I was browsing the racks of clothing, an employee walked right past me and did not say hello. Furthermore, sometimes I could not easily find price tags on products. I chose one article of clothing to buy. At the checkout counter, I waited in line for a short while. An employee kindly greeted me, made conversation, accurately rang up my purchase, and told me to have a good day.

I love to take my hubby in to pick up the great sale items (almost always has a sale that incl 60% off of a color tag). I've come to find her base price to be very good anyway, so having it on sale is just a bonus. There's a $5 rack typically.. high end is ALWAYS VERIFIED. I know this cause I consigned a pair of high end shoes (which she sold in record time). I've come to know her as honest and fair as a business owner. I did ask her if there was anything she wanted me to highlight in my post, but she did not respond. I was transparent with her that I was making a review as an Elite in direct response to another person's review on Yelp, which I felt was unfair and written in haste rather than proof. Alas, I have no pictures, so you'll just have to go in and sift around for yourself. Give yourself at least an hour, and have fun!

My wife asked to see one of her Louis Vuitton bags and in looking it over questioned if it was real based on the lining of the bag. She has worked for luxury brands and worked as an Authenticator for years and in this case it is a pretty normal question. The owner quickly got very angry at the question and refused to help my wife when she asked to see another bag. She instead went to the back to loudly bad mouthed us for questioning the authenticity. All of this was even funnier since the bag in question had a CLEARLY fake LV scarf on it, that she admitted was fake, yet she was so offended when we questioned her carrying fake goods. There so so many better consignment store out there with people who value their customers - do yourself a favor and skip this one. Her response only confirms my review and experience. If you are so fragile that you wanted to throw someone out of your store for simply questioning the authenticity of an item that had a fake item on it then you should not be in business. We have dealt with hundreds of dealers all over the world and never found one as rude as this one. Just read her response if you have any doubts.
