Jessica helped me and my teenager get several bras to see us through the next year. When you're so happy with the bra you wear it out of the store and recycle what you came in with, you know you got the best shopping experience of all. I am a huge proponent of paying more for good quality bras and getting fitted by experts whenever you shop. Shapes change, needs change, ordering the same bra year after year from an online company just isn't the best way to live your life if you've got bigger boobs or you're over 25 and gravity and hormones are getting involved. The selection of bras is extensive despite the small size of this shop- don't be deceived! They also have their own brand - my friend loves their undies- and special handwashing detergent to make your bras last. The changing rooms are private and the staff know their stuff and how to make you feel comfortable showing your chest and torso off so they can check your fit. Highly recommend this store and treating yourself right with good quality, well made bras. You deserve it!

She gave me a selection of clothes to try on and suggested additional items based on my thoughts about fit and style. When the items I wanted were not in the store, she proactively searched for them online and told me what I should purchase. I wish I had gotten her name, but she is the person who physically opened the store on Monday, July 28. She made a lifelong customer very happy!

To shed a little…read morelight on the incredible experience I had there, I got off the Salem Ferry running to an appointment and perfume exploded in my bag. My phone was dead, I was a bit of mess. Not sure if I wanted to buy jeans at full price knowing about sales going on online. TMI. Having worked in customer service a lot over the years, I am well aware of how difficult people can be. I was the difficult person today. From the girl in the show room - which is small but lovely and very well stocked to the ANGEL in the dressing room that was patient while I tried on about 10 pairs of jeans - I found the perfect outfit that fixed my incredibly bad day. Patient is not coming close to giving her credit. She offered her input, sizes and was so kind. What a wonderful place. Thank you. In case anyone cares I ended up with 501 originals length 30 and I'm 5'4. I think they run true to size - I'm in between sizes so don't quote me. They're my favorite.

Walking in, the place was very crowded with a wide variety of styles and a ton of heads with wigs.  Honestly, the shop did not seem like the place for me.  I figured I'd get a bra and then go shopping for clothes. I was very surprised to find everything I needed and some items I would not have considered, but she asked me to try on for her!  The shop owner, Barbara, is really good at what she does! I am not a fashion-focused person, I like sticking to timeless staples with a funky twist and comfortable shoes. But, not only did I get a good fitting and a bra I love, but a bonus stylist who worked with me, showing me a variety of options, really listened to what I did or didn't like about each and  helped me craft the perfect outfit for the wedding and a great bra!  I think everyone should go, alone bc it is tight in there, and just see what she has for you, it's fun. Despite…read morehaving appt for "fitting", when I entered store another customer came in after, who received hearty greeting and spent time talking about her home renovations with 2nd sales person supposed to take my appt, while I stood waiting to be acknowledged by 2nd sales person. Even after first nice sales person told her I was waiting. Was given a bra that didn't fit, at all. Person supposed to take care of my appt continued to other dressing room to 2nd customer while I as trying one on. Think because I showed up in jeans and tee, not dressed up, she didn't realize was about to drop cashola to get right products. First sales person tried to convince me to stay (she was very nice), but, was miffed how 2nd sales person supposed to help with my first time ever appt, didn't handle. Won't waste time going back. Didn't mind waiting a few minutes, but being ignored, didn't make good impression, especially when ready to make investment.

Clearly the salesperson was more interested in the long-time client who walked in after me rather than honoring my appointment. Evidently, the salesperson doesn't understand how you get long-time clients is by treating each and every customer like they were rather than they are expendable and not worth their time. I selected one bra. Normally good salespeople will ask would you like additional items in that size or a different type. Nope, not this salesperson; because she was too busy picking out items to try on for her other client. I was willing to spend some decent money on a good set of bras. I reluctantly bought the one and really should have just left without buying anything. I will not be back.

The girl behind the counter who I came to find was the owners daughter (and 12 years old.) was beyond rude, yelling at her employees, wearing improper work attire (shorts and a T-shirt) giving extremely judgmental looks to me and my two kids during our entire checkout process. Also learned that the items are extremely up-charged, seeing as to how I was close to paying 15$ for a stress toy that retails at 4.99$. She asked me how many I needed and I told her I would need four. I explained that I lived an hour away and she stated she would hold them for me, asking me for my name. I drove an hour with my children (one of whom is profoundly disabled). My son was super excited, but when we got there the two girls said they just started their shift and could not find the items. They texted a group chat and told us that the girls who were on the shift before them were new hires. They stated one of them replied "maybe" when asked if they spoke with me. I showed her my call log and the girls apologized. My son ended up sick from car ride / anxiety over the situation, vomiting at the exit and we quickly had to leave. I did reach out to the store owner. She claimed she was out of town and would call me back the following day. Days later I never heard from her so I followed up in email. Instead of being apologetic for the situation and not calling me back she proceeded to shift blame and gaslight me. She said they would never agree to hold and that I should "plan ahead". I don't recommend a store whose owner does not value their customers. I am deeply disappointed in her response to what happened.
