I had some questions, bobbling with my phone trying to look things up when I heard a voice from the register that turned out to be "Faye." Within 10-seconds I was in a totally normal conversation talking to Faye about things I wouldn't normally be talking to most of the ppl I know well in my life. Lol. But that's what better than good customer service produces, special customer service! Incredibly helpful with exactly what I was looking for and even came up with an idea that would make what I was planning on buying even better! Their idea went perfectly with it and worked out great! They know their stuff and they have been in business long enough to earn their good rep. Their front window displays alone are always so fun to pass by and enjoy since they switch it up every season; reminding me of a more fun version of the movie Mannequin. I also just learned yesterday that they work with a leather worker for their wide selection of chokers, cuffs, bulldog harnesses, etc. the leather work is soft and comfortable and criminally affordable; they even offer custom made pieces made to fit for the same price as the ready made product!
