I was very disappointed in the services my friend was offered at this store. Upon measuring her bra size at the front, we were told she was a specific size but she was unsure about it and wanted to try on several different sizes to be sure. Both people that helped us out were rude and tried to convince my friend that she was a different size than she thought. To this point, it was rude and disrespectful and I did not appreciate the service that we were provided. So, I went home and checked my receipt and realized that the bra I bought that said $44 on the tag rang in at $49.50. I went back to the store to see what that was about. The cashier told me they had indeed rang in the price incorrectly and refunded me the difference. No "I'm sorry about our mistake" or "damn, we hoped you wouldn't notice!" So I went into this location today during my lunch hour at work (2pm-3pm) specifically looking for the Dream Angels line because they are having a sale for bra and panti s $55 and over $100 get a free tote bag. The store was fairly busy I was greeted when I walked in and I was asked if I needed any help finding what size I needed (38D OR DD - all sold out but ended found a couple in the nude/blush range) Then went into the change room, i was next in line and a room became available the door quickly slammed shut and the staff member said "ohh I don't have a key for that door" she then walked off a disappeared. There bust have been 6 girls in the back room talking up a storm as the line becomes longer I then proceeded to see like 6 more rooms become available and no one helping us. So I then popped my head into the room and asked for some customer service I was on my lunch and time was running out. I as helped out by a girl named Diamond, made my experience there a little better, was extremely helpful and making sure I had the right panties that went along with the sale they were having. I then proceed to the checkout and there's only one register open in the middle of the day in the most busy and popular mall in Toronto (makes no sense I know ) and the random girls walking behind the desk are looking at me like I'm a nut job because I'm clearly adjitated. I then asked for another register to be opened be there was a line forming behind me and no one cared enough to get anyone out. I work in the customer service industry, I deal with office clientele all day long. The faster you can get a client out so they can get back to reality the better it is for the both of you and they will want to come back. Never compromise on quality for quantity. It never works. If i ever do go back to that location I for sure will ask to be helped out by Diamond she's the only one who cared and did it with a smile on ( whether her smile was genuine or not she still did it Lol) read more

This place looks like nothing else in the Eaton's Centre. From outside, it glows like a pink heaven with portraits of the Angels. It is vast and made to look like the very expensive and girly closet of someone who wishes to only wear underwear, lingerie and pyjamas. Where are the bathing suits??? I still have to order them online. Hopefully come spring time they will start carrying them. Also, they have some cute clothing online that did not make it to the grand opening. I think that it is very smart for them to get this baby so central and downtown. It is very easy access to all and they can expect a heavy flow of traffic. Not to mention, with more people going, we can expect a larger turnover! But when they have a sale, I'm jumping on it before it gets picked over. Ok so to the merchandise itself! Gorgeous, but I had no doubts that it would be. From the pyjamas to a million different types of underwear, you're in business to get pretty much whatever you want in this area. Think of it as a one stop shop. And if the signage that declares it all the best in the world is correct, Canada is in luck. The only thing that tripped me up about the place was that it seems over-staffed. This could just be because of opening week jitters to keep the store stocked in staff. I just felt kind of bad touching everything because there was always someone behind me, waiting for me to finish so they keep it clean. Obviously it is great to have a tidy store, but customers need a bit more room to breathe and get into it sometimes! In my mind, you don't get the full experience of a clothing store without touching some of the merchandise and I felt bad doing it most of the time. So yes, I'm a fan! A vast selection of bras, I have a favourite and thought I had the right size. Then, it became apparent to me my size was incorrect and I'm somewhere in the middle. At the same store I have been sized 32C and 32D and 34B. I made the fatal error of believing the 32D size and got a couple. 34C COME BACK TO ME NOW. I seriously felt like I was having a day-long mammogram. The band was beyond snug and completely intolerable. And then I thought, why have I come in here 3 times in 3 months and been sized 3 different sizes. And why did I believe in the sizing? SO, I'm returning the bras and getting fitted at another establishment. I would not trust their ability to actually measure you correctly. Everyone who works at this location is really helpful and kind and I feel bad for criticizing the sizing but the marks on my torso do.not.lie. read more

I spent almost two hours in here having the time of my life. I definitely give them mad props for their customer service. I always had at least 3 ladies on me to help. I went into the change room and they helped measure me, but not in a creepy Eastern European-lady-opening-the-curtain-when-you-don't-want-her-to way, just in a friendly service offering way. Then she brought me a whole drawer full of bras to try in my size. The whole thing was really nice. I ended up buying a great push-up bra and three pairs of panties. The only reason I didn't give them 4 stars is because it really is expensive, and it's just basically La Senza. They do have a return policy that rocks too....you can RETURN PANTIES!!! within 90 days!!!!! That's incredible. read more

While generally it seems very impersonal to buy someone a gift card, especially at a store like this, it is always the safer option than to buy something that is the wrong size and end up offending the recipient. Also, it's much for fun coming into stores like this when you're with the person you're shopping for. So maybe buying a gift card is a good idea as it might grant you a return visit to the store in a much less awkward setting. Also, the Christmas gift card box is almost nicer than some of the things you can buy in the store itself. Pro tip: Don't try the "You're about the same size as my significant other. Came in to the store to find a strapless bra and wandered around a bit with no one to help me. No strapless bra section. Finally managed to ask someone and she showed me a couple of push up bras, and then said that the others were scattered around the store and I'd just have to look around for them. Ugh. Attempted to look but the dimly lit store meant I had a hard time even seeing the sizes on the drawers. Double ugh. Just decided to leave and go elsewhere. read more

I shop at VS a lot, have given them plenty of sales. I bought one of their pricier bathing suit tops yesterday at full price, only to find out their Newmarket store had the exact same top for 50% off. I understand that each location carries different lines, and that Newmarkets swimwear line is seasonal, but DONT get upset with customers when they figure this out - you cant sell the exact same thing for drastically different prices and a. not expect people to notice, and b. not expect them to want it for 50% off - it was an $80 top. I called before I made the trip downtown to get the price adjustment, and spoke to a very helpful woman who told me they could do the price adjustment no problem. When I went into the store, the young man at the counter was rude and accusatory, treating me like I was trying to scam him, especially when I could not remember the girl that I spoke to on the phones name - because she never told me it. He basically scolded me and told me he would do it this time, as if this was all my fault. Will be shopping at the Upper Canada location from now on. read more

Visited the Pink store, across from Victoria Secret @ Eaton's Centre, twice in the past 2 weeks for their bag promo, 2 for $49.50 and $20 off coupon. I would like to say the customer service is plain weird. Although I walked out of the store happy with what I got, I didn't feel the sales associates had a very helpful attitude and were unprofessional. The store reps should be trained on how to conduct themselves properly (in terms of attitude) when assisting women with lingerie. On my first visit, I was asked to be helped by a sales associate, who then told me she would fit me, even though I told her my bra size was a 34 D. She fitted me then told me I was actually a 32 DD. I believed her and tried on the fitting-room-bras for the size she told me I was. After showing her the fit, she told me it didn't really fit me, I was "gaping" (whatever that means). She said she would find me bras in the size 32 D, not 32 DD since it didn't fit. So she went to get me a bra in a 32D but when she returned it flung a bra at me in a 32DD which didn't make sense since she said she was going to get a 32D since she thought it would fit better!! This whole bra trying on process was nuts, she couldn't give me a straight answer about what would fit me or not!! I was left confused. I was then wanting to get panties to match, so she found me 5 matching ones from the 5 for $30. Shortly after I thanked her, and asked her if the bras were on promo, as I picked them up without checking, she quickly told me they were all full price bras ($36/each). Then she started giggling because I was clearly puzzled by this piece of information. I was appalled at her reaction to me not knowing that they were regular price, she works there, she should have told me!!!!!! Another example of how the sales associate talk to their customers in a weird way: I went into the store today, and was helped by another sales associate. She asked me for my bra size, which I gave her. I then asked about the bras which didn't have traditional (A,B,C,D sizes), but just S, M, L. She then told me that with my bra size 32DD, I would probably fit into a small, maybe a medium, because my back fat (and not front side) would have put me in 32 DD. I couldn't find the PINK Victoria Secret company on yelp to put this on, so I've posted my experience here. read more

A few days ago, I bought something in the store and had an event to buy two get one free. However, the first time I bought something I bought the wrong number. After a few hours I went back, the girl at the checkout counter, using her unique algorithm, helped me overcharge the money for one thing. I saw the bank bill three days later and found out the problem. On the same day I asked the cashier, she said that she was not wrong. But I am completely wrong now. Call to customer service, the customer service staff said that you should go to the store to check with the manager. However, the people in your store said that there is nothing wrong. And I did not enjoy the so-called buy two get one free. Have to say, would you please train the cashier to do things? It's just too stupid to be ignorant. read more

I would give no stars if I could!! I was shopping here one afternoon and the manager decided to change the floor positions and go into the change rooms as I was in there. Maybe I looked suspicious because my hair wasn't perfectly straight and my purse was jam packed with my jacket inside. Anyways, the manager with blonde hair who was an older woman, noticeably older than anyone else working here was stalking me. I brought my purse in the change room because I was not going to leave it in the hall way alone for the taking... anyways, this woman comes banging on my door asking if she could take anything. I said no since I had just gotten in the room. I continue to try on some underwear with matching bras, and she comes again banging on MY door (Though she wasn't concerned with anyone else's door because i did not hear her asking any other shopper to open their doors). She told me to open the door so she could take what I had tried on, I said one second, because I was not decent... and she yells, no bags in the change room...... I WAS SO ANNOYED! I did not even finish trying everything on. I walked to the cashier and said that I was not buying anything from them today because that despicable excuse for a manager, was harassing me. Obviously she is not clear on the law, if I wanted to I could have sued for defamation of character because she embarrassed me to the point of leaving. suffice it to say, if you aren't shopping at this location flashing your credit card, or if you aren't dolled up, then get ready because you'll probably be mistaken for a thief! Worst experience EVER when it comes to shopping, a total nightmare. However, the other girls working that day were very kind, and actually seemed confused at how this woman was acting. If it weren't for the kindness of the other women working I would never shop here again. Perhaps this location should reevaluate who it is they are promoting to manager. read more
