First, Kelly was amazing out on the floor and helped me find everything that I needed. She was epic. But what was the most amazing was actually the crazy request I had for this store the next day... There was a bra in the store that I was on the fence about. You know -- you're thinking to yourself 'do I need one more' and 'will I have things to match' and 'maybe I should wait'. But you get home and you're thinking about that bra all night. The next day, you decide you want that bra and you've made a huge mistake not ordering it that very day in the store (it wasn't in your size at the store, part of the reason you sat around thinking about it for 24 hours). So... I try to find it on the website and the website is not easy to navigate (at least for me) and I cannot find the bra by scanning for pictures. What is a girl to do? I call the store. No really, I call the store. I describe "it was in the second room and in that room you're staring at the new cloud collection but to the left there is a really light blue bra with a front snap and some lace on the back." No really, I called and asked if they could go and tell me about this bra. AND THEY ACTUALLY GO OUT AND FIND THE BRA AND GET BACK ON THE PHONE AND TELL ME EXACTLY WHICH ONE IT IS SO THAT I CAN ORDER IT ONLINE!!!!!!!! Best customer service ever. This was definitely above and beyond what any employee here should have to put up with. I'm sorry. But I am also not sorry because now the bra is on the way and I am so, so pleased. read more

I was in the Park Mall store last night. There were 3 girls working. All of them looked like they were dressed to do yard work. None of them were helpful. I stood in line behind a woman that was having trouble with a coupon. I stood there for at least 10 minutes listening to this problem. By this time there were 3 of us in line and no one bothered to open another register. The girl that checked me out was barely civil. I will buy online from now on. read more

We had a very pleasant time shopping here. The staff at the front door were professional, courteous and very helpful. We were able to get in quickly and out quickly after purchasing what we had came here for. They lock there doors at 630 pm even though on the door it says they are open until 7. Waited in line an hour and was turned away at 630 if your only open until 630 then you need to post that on the door we should be allowed in until 7. read more

April was very rude and unhelpful. I got an email regarding they're being a special on the perfumes and lotions. So I called and ask about information on it and she said she doesn't know anything about it and I ask her if she can get somebody who can help and she tells me no and then I asked for a manager and she tells me that I'm not allowed to speak to one and she was very rude and unhelpful she doesn't know about the specials she doesn't know about anything that I'm asking she's not allowing me to speak to anybody else so I let her know that I'm gonna be calling back. Beautiful store. I've been to many Victoria's Secret stores and this one is one of my favorites. The store is well lit and well laid out. Pretty and sorted. Full of friendly staff and helpful smiling people. The panty boxes against the wall are not handicap accessible on one side but that was the only concern I had. My wheelchair wouldn't fit on the side of the bin by the wall. Very pretty store and clean. Perfumes are laid out and shiny ready to be sampled. Very neatly folded and designed store with easy access to items. The store itself is very well lit and is one of the biggest Victoria secret stores I've ever seen. My last two visits to Victoria's Secret at Park Place Mall were disappointing. I had my card in hand that held my size. I had recently received a $10 off purchase from my Angel credit card and I looked forward to trying on bras and adding new ones to my bra tree. Alas, it was not meant to be. Two different times. Where is the assistance that really cares to sell a bra? I came home and ordered a Third Love bra on line and it fits as good as any of my 10 Victoria's Secret bras. Usually I have a great experience in this store. However, the last 2 visits were less than stellar. The 1st time I went I was wearing men's basketball shorts and a baseball cap, no makeup... And no one could be bothered to assist me. The 2nd time I went in (recently) I was actually dressed for the occasion so not to be judged, but an employee made a loud comment on my lipstick (pink). Another employee stated she liked it, but by this time they realized I knew what they were talking about and stopped. No one working there should be judging anyone who shops there as I'm sure they make more than you in your minimum wage job. read more

I love VS! I love their bras, the undies, the sexy lingerie, pijamas, and perfumes. The girls at this location are very friendly and willing to help you find whatever you are looking for! The store is always very well organized. So why the 3 stars... well I went in to buy a new bra and had them size me. As expected, I was wearing the wrong size and they handed me a few bras to try on. I loved a few of them and since they didn't have the color I wanted I told them I would order it online. When I received the bra in the mail, it didn't fit. To make the story short, I returned it and got sized again. Only this time, the girl helping me was unable to find a bra that fit me perfect and said I should try a size 32DDD, which they don't even carry at the store. I refuse to believe that I am a DDD. I barely look like a C. I will probably try a different location to see if I can find the perfect bra! read more

The staff here are very friendly and always ready to help you. There was an incident the last time I went where the system crashed for a few hours. It can get really busy in here, so come prepared to stand in a line at checkout. For some reason, I've never seen the registers in the fragrance/lotion section open, but there's always an ample amount of employees. It's been my experience that employees can be a little stand-offish at some V's locations. But not this one. Everyone I've run into (in my dozen or so trips to the store since I moved to Tucson) has been very friendly and helpful. The ladies stationed near the fitting room are just waiting to help size you & I always ask for recommendations. I'm sure these gals see more boobs than a plastic surgeon - they know what will make you look your best. The store has always been immaculate (even during their peak sale days) and they have a large selection for a mid-size location. read more

Always a decent shopping experience. Tonight was the same. The store is always in pretty nice shape considering it is probably one of the busiest stores in the mall. They sometimes don't have my size in the cute and super fun colors or prints because I think they probably only stock one or two size runs and I'm sure it sells before I get a chance to grab it. I normally just stick to myself and sometimes they offer to help but I know my way around the store well enough to hang on my own. Whenever I do have a question though, they're super helpful and attentive. Definitely do prefer the Park Place location over any of the others in town, and it's super new and nice looking! read more

I have been shopping at Victoria Secret for many years. But I have been increasingly disappointed in the merchandise they carry. The designs are not as nice as they use to be, the Christmas Lingerie use to be awesome and now they don't carry much anymore. The sales use to be great, but now the prices on the sale items are just too high. But the one thing that is going to make me stop shopping here is after all the fragrances that they discontinued ( that I loved) Body By Victoria was my favorite and they discontinued it!!! The new Body by Victoria Eau De Parfum smells nothing like the old version. The lotions and splashes have changed over the years to barely any smell, they seam cheap and drug storish. Also the line at the cash register at Park Mall is always annoying when there are way too many employees standing around, and the extra counter with registers is never open. Time for me to find a new favorite store. read more

The girls who work here are incredible. My roommate and I were approached by a strange man who gave off VERY creepy vibes and began asking very inappropriate questions and completely made us feel nervous. The girls who work here were on it before we even had to mention it to them and followed through with even offering to get us somebody to walk us to our vehicles seeing as it was late at night. Service like that is hard to come by nowadays and did not go unnoticed in the slightest. Way to go, girls! read more

I am a real VS junkie: an Angel Forever, and own a ton of their bras, panties, clothing, etc. The reason I am giving them only 3 stars today is that I had a terrible experience last week returning an item I purchased online. After getting although a nice bra from semiannual sale online, I decided I did not like the color. I went to the store in the Park Place mall to exchange it for a different color. They did not have it in stock. I told the sales associate that was at the register that I saw they still had it online that morning. So, she said she'd order it for me online to be delivered to my door. There was also a price drop of the item, so I even got refunded $5. I asked if I was going to receive an email about the new order, and she confirmed it. 5 days after that I still did not have an email, so I called their customer service to find out what was happening with the order. Apparently, the sales associate processed my exchange as if it had happened in the store and I had walked out of there with the bra!! When I was completely reassured by her that the item would be delivered to me from the online stock. It took the representative on the phone a while to figure out what was going on with that non-existent order that was already deducted from my refund. I spent over 30 min on the phone, when I already had taken time to go to the store to get it exchanged. I would say they have to train their employees better not to let customers down like that, because this really tainted my before wonderful experience with the VS products and service. read more

Oh my Vicki Secrets how I love thee! I make at least 1 purchase per month at Victoria Secrets and I can say that this location is my favorite in Tucson. I always feel welcomed and like a valuable customer at this location. The associates at this location know there stuff from bikinis, undies, bras, and even their beauty products. They are always accommodating to any specials they may have. I normally go around the lunch hour and it's not that busy. And they are always knowledgable about their sales and promos. Love the VS Pink line too! They even have a small selection of the VS clothing line toward the back! read more

Yes the selection is really nice and I do shop here for quality undergarments. The place is a good size and the bright colors really catch your eye. I like the styles they carry and the deals they offer are good. However today the store didn't have a lot of staff to help customers. Maybe it was because I arrived late in the day? Don't know.
