They were well staffed , so they seemed genuinely happy which always makes for a better experience. The one male that was working was as polite and professional as the women. The selection. As we were walking out (after he had checked us out), he remotely locked the door from his desk and said "hey guys, come here, I need to tell you something". Typically I LOVE coming to adult expectations however tonight was not the case. Upon arriving my friend and I had a great time. The workers were very friendly and super helpful however when checking out, we were given wrong information about the return policy. (No ones fault, really, because I think the girl was in training) After a little thought my friend wasn't sure they were into what they purchased. However, when I called to ask about it, I was unfortunate enough to be answered by a very rude Iliana. When trying to clarify my questions she hung up on me. I called back more furious than before and gratefully a kind woman named Jennifer answered. She let me know that the managers would be in tomorrow. Asked for a specific material and the guy made me believe that what he was giving me - was so excited I didn't notice the no returns signs - which are very strategically placed.
