I have spent well over $1,000 with this company, and I am beyond disappointed with both the products and the customer service. Nearly every toy I have purchased has either malfunctioned shortly after purchase or stopped working entirely. These products are advertised as coming with a 5-year warranty, but the warranty process has been an absolute disaster. There is little to no communication -- no calls, no emails, no updates. I have been waiting on replacements for three products totaling around $500 and still have not received any resolution. At this point, I have honestly given up trying to get a response because there is no one to get ahold of, no one to talk to, and no accountability. The promises made to customers about warranties and support feel completely broken. For a company that promotes quality products and stands behind its warranties, this experience has been unacceptable. After being a loyal customer and spending this much money, I expected much better treatment. I will not be purchasing from this company again and will be taking my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend a company that fails both in product reliability and customer support. read more

I be know this is for a particular location- and honestly they all are great stores.. a couple of my faves are discussed here. Fascinations!! ...always a good time. ;) The one on 32nd st and Union Hills has SUPER friendly staff and ALWAYS has bomb sales on fun flirty non-packaged lingerie (you know.. the "non-boxed kind). I can always count on running in here and picking up something cute for $20 bucks max. Although I have to voice my frustration over the fact they done carry Kixies! Those are THE BEST thigh high stockings.. the brand they carry are shit waste of money. It's a bummer. NOW.. the store on Shea and Scottsdale Rd..?!? I LOVE THIS ONE! They have a ton of Kixies (tho at full retail, but every kind!) AND cute clothes!! AND my fave jeans Kancan's.. it seems they don't have the sales here like other locations but they have some unique and exclusive lines in place of it. Plus if you want toys vs wear the two rooms are pretty separate (some people like privacy in that regard) Oh love the location in PV they have Kancans too! I would not recommend this place. My experience is form the location located on Ina. Purchased a toy and when checking out the person was admit i tested it by turning on. I say that would be weird that it doesn't work and she says it's rare. We turned it on in store and that was the check that's it. She also emphasizes the q year warranty when I purchased it. To my surprise when actually using it the toy completely stops. I call back to see what can be done and was told unfortunately I left the store and we tested it to see if it worked in store. This makes me feel like they knew this toy has issues and sold it anyway. If your looking for any electronic items I would stay clear from this place because they won't help after they have your money. read more

I stopped in here while on business in Tucson one December 2021 weekend expecting to buy basic lingerie items for my wife for Christmas, and wound up spending $300 in multiple robes, nighties, and an assortment of panties that were four for $20.00! Add in the four gift bags for the lingerie ($4.99 each) that had unique hashtags to it (from sexy, lovable, and f**kable), this just added to the overall surprise when opening Christmas gifts early! There are other naughty gifts within the store, in addition to regularly boxed lingerie items. The latter of which I've always had mixed results, so I just chose the lingerie assortments off of the rack with the extra time & insight provided by Breanne. Will certainly return! read more
