I've been in Victoria's Secret a few times with my wife over the years. They do a tremendous business at the Lynnhaven Mall. I mainly hung back on my most recent, but did engage with staff by the dressing room. She was very responsive to my wife's need when trying on items. My wife loves Victoria Secret quality, although they do push price points. The store is very well organized with lingerie up front and perfumes with check out in the rear. My wife had great experience and will return with an unused gift card. read more

There was absolutelv no mention of this on the website or the app. I was literally robbed, and then told nothing would be done about it. Punishing your clients is not the way to keep them. Offering me only a small portion of what I was forced to pay out for nothing in the form of store credit and given a zero effort "I'm not sorry' apology for wasting half an hour of my time just to be told vou were screwing me over was simply insulting. Now my daughter won't have a Halloween costume to trick or treat in because you bled me for the last little bit of monev I had. I went to the shop to exchange two bras that didn't fit. I had to pay out $50 for what should have been an even exchange. When I posted about it on their group Facebook page, they immediately took it down. read more

There is a worker there who works in the back where the Victoria secret perfumes are, she is a melanin woman on the heavier side. She was absolutely disrespectful and straight up rude. I've never had worse of a customer service in my life. She through my clothes on the counter, slammed it in the bag, yelled at me for having a 15% off coupon and rolled her eyes at me for asking her a question. I work in retail at a grocery store and I have the utmost respect for my customers but she was not only rude but had a disgusting and disrespectful attitude including her demeanor.I would not recommend any service from that woman. read more

The customer service at this PINK and Victoria's Secret was excellent. Tori and Leanna were especially helpful. Tori helped me find a bra in a specific color and size I wanted, and Leanna helped me in the dressing room when I was questioning the fit of one of the bras I had tried on. The sales at the PINK store when I went (8/6/22), were fabulous! All bras were $20. I left buying 5! Definitely a great VS/PINK to go to if you're in Virginia Beach. read more

The re-design of this Victoria's Secret location is stunning. It truly feels more like an experience than simply a shopping trip. Each section/quadrant takes you to a different style of garment. Sporty, comfy, everyday, super sexy/special occasion. The dedicated bath/body/beauty section is very nice, well stocked and strategically shelled. Dressing rooms are cute and comfortable. Fittings are just a question away. What stood out to me the most today is that this location does not want for customer service. I was greeted in a very friendly manner in each section. A few of the ladies actually startled me. Eager to help/make a sale, two followed up their greeting with "what size do you wear?" Store associates spoke to me about 5-6 times. Man what a mess. Where to start.... I was going for some Pink brand sweatpants and hoodie. Apparently I have good taste because every single time I liked an item it seemed all they mainly had in stock was XS and S. Frustrating. I mean I was looking around and couldn't help but think " Ummmm some of these chicks must have some really tight Spanx or a magic trick - because these size small clothes are like for toddlers! " Then this Victoria Secret employee came over and offered me help but then straight walked away while I was literally in mid sentence. She straight walked. Away. I looked around like WTH? Where did she go?? About 15 min. Later the same girl walks up to me and greets me as if she had never seen me before. She was fake and superficial about it.... Even messed up what she was saying and laughed. Like " oops ". Awkward . I was wanting to buy a really cute duffle bag , but to be honest I was just burnt out from trying to hunt down a size large hoodie. Would of been nice if an employee could of helped me with that. This store has a very wide selection, which is nice. Bigger than other VSs in the area -- so that's nice. I was able to find what I was looking for and they had just about everything in my size, which is also a rarity. So, the only reason I took off stars was the service. SOOOOO slow. Someone initially greeted me, but then disappeared. When I went back to the fitting room, I stood around with several other customers waiting for someone to show up to open doors for us. While trying on items, I rang the button for assistance finding other sizes, and the response to that was also incredibly slow. Once I finally figured out what I wanted to purchase, I stood in an incredibly long line to check out, and the cashier couldn't figure out how to attribute my purchase to my VS rewards points. So, overall - you'll find what you want, but be prepared for it to take you twice as much time as you were expecting and don't expect the staff to be very attentive. read more

I am a big VS PINK junkie so I always head to that end of the store first. Today it was very busy. I didn't receive a greeting right away but I understand that that isn't always possible when there's a 10 for $35 panty sale going on. Clarice was extremely helpful though. She checked on me periodically and offered me a shopping bag. She also told everyone in the room about the current promotions which I thought was great. Clarice was definitely the most helpful out of all of the other ladies that were working in the pink room. I picked up some undies because that sale is a steal, some pajama pants and a cup. When I was ready to check out, I did notice that the line was rather long however I was up to the register in no time. Every single register was open. I was very happy to see this. Clarice just so happened to be who checked me out. There was an issue with one of my rewards that she was able to resolve right away. I am a big fan of Clarice lol The overall look and feel of this location is great. Even though it was busy at the time, the store wasn't messy. The decor was very cute and I loved the Christmas decorations that they already had up. My only dislikes about this location is that it can be rather warm inside the store and if I'm sweaty, that usually doesn't make for a fun shopping trip. Also, i love that there are sometimes sales but it seems like anytime there is a sale rack for PINK items, they're almost always XS. That's kinda frustrating. I go here every time I go to the mall and the employees have always been helpful. I went here this past Monday and the woman who I think is the manager greeted me and told me of their current deals ($30 strapless bras + $5 black cotton bike shorts w/ a PINK purchase, along w/ PINK's usual bra/panty deals). Another employee (Anna) also greeted me on the PINK side and told me to let her know if I need any help. As I was headed to checkout with my items that were from their deals, the manager saw I grabbed the shorts, but it wasn't the right one so she spoke to Anna through her communication device and notified her that I would be with her soon to get the right ones. Anna found out that they were out of stock, but they could order it online for me. My last visit before this one, a different employee sized me and then recommended a few bras to me that they had on sale. When I tried some on in the fitting room, the fitting room worker told me that if I needed a different size to just press the doorbell and she'd assist me. Take advantage of their sales!! read more

Standard VS store located at Lynnhaven Mall near the Starbucks and Ann Taylor Loft. It's not a huge store (the MacArthur store is huge compared to this one) but it's big enough and they have most of the main items you'd want and see online. They tend to sell out of items quickly so if you really want it and it's a hot item you'd probably be better served going either to Portsmouth's mall or MacArthur. But I can usually find the essentials here and the employees for the most part are friendly and helpful. read more

The selection is wonderful, and during peak hours- customer service is on point. Really, it's hard to come in here and not leaving without buying a "deal" that's advertised in your mailbox, e-mail, and in-store. It's pretty convenient how they can place an online order to your house with free shipping if your size was unavailable. The division of their products are excellent, and the associates can point you in the general direction of where something could be found. I personally still love the Pink selection for color and lace. However, it lost the 2 stars because of poor customer service I observed on this trip this past weekend. We were all lined up, and there was this girl in a line for a cashier alone- without another line forming yet. However, once the line formed, the cashier told the girl that was there first that the line started next to her. Not cool to watch this girl get sent to the back of a now 4-woman line when she was ahead. I told the girl in the front of the line that there was already a girl in front of her, and I got a dirty look in return. (Surprise, lol.) No help from the associate nor apology for wrongly sending the girl to the back of a line. Sigh. read more

Ok... I know... Vicky a 3... Well I would have been a 2 if not for Chelsea....!!! I walked around the store 3 times looking detailed at bras and not one person offered to assist me... and I was dressed nicely, carrying my Coach bag, hair done, not in my ripped up jeans, (I was dressed to shop... heels and all!!!) however 2 girls that were barely 16 came in & 2 associates jumped to help them dress like Angels in lingerie for Halloween... (I would choke my daughter, mind you...) I had the manager ask me if I was doing ok, I informed her that after 15 minutes no one had approached me... I got the evil eye from a couple girls on the floor... but finally had some help... but was curtly informed the stuff I was looking for was discontinued 2-3 years ago.... DUH... I asked for something similar, I used to have a card there and spent several hundred a year, but the staff and clothing changed so I ventured elsewhere. I had hoped things were getting back on track... one can dream... However, Chelsea, she was absolutely wonderful.... she helped me get what I needed, find styles that worked, fun, playful colors, sets that worked for me... so, that being said, I walked out with plenty of stuff I liked, that fit well, and she left me with a smile on my face and I will shop with her again... she was fun, playful and had an engaging personality that made me want to deal with her... and she wasn't a stick figure, she was a real woman, like the rest of us!!! Okay, let's face it... most women love the bra's from here. Most men get bored standing around in here. I have to appreciate this place though because I firmly believe, Happy Wife, Happy Life! My wife really likes the bra's and some of the other items this place has to offer. The staff here has always been great. I have been shopping at this location (well, in the Lynnhaven Mall as it was located in other location within the mall when I moved here) and I have always liked the staff. Even when I walk in without my wife they are willing to help me find something to make her happy. As a card holder we also get gifts and coupons through out the year. That is an extra incentive as well. My wife has received many free bags from big purchases on the card. read more

I went on the store before my work out so I was dressed really scrubby. No shower yet and not feeling fresh. No one cared they were super nice and help me save money using all my coupons. On March 14th 2020 at 5:50pm while shopping in Victoria secret with my daughter I felt as if we were being followed by employees on the pink side of the store. We were standing around on the first visit in the store because we was trying to download the pink nation app because my phone died and I wanted to use my coupon promotion on the app. But even then I kept seeing employees watching us. We left the store to purchase a portable charger so I can charge my phone because my daughter's phone wasn't downloading fast enough. We went back into the store 30 mins later after getting a charge to shop around and get some items but I noticed more employees was watching us. I was looking at a promo table and someone decided they wanted to fold an perfectly neat table just to watch us and one employee was told by another to go fix something else near us. My daughter ask me why was so many employees surrounding us now but when we first walked in there was only 2 on the pink side then ended up being 6...... I got frustrated and got my items and walked to the registers. When at the register the employee who was checking us out was very rude. She act as if she didn't want to great us which I don't recall she did. Im sure I just won't visit that location anymore. I can't imagine myself being 8 months pregnant trying to walk out of a store in a busy mall with unpaid for merchandise. This is the worst vs I have ever been to. They had nothing on the shelves. And the employees are pushy and ask you if you need help at least six times. Yes I am aware there is a sale. She barely made an communication about my transaction I need to complete. She was rolling her eyes and did even bother trying. As soon as I walked through the door I was promptly greeted by Shante. She helped me find what I was looking for and explained all the sales to me. She helped me find additional items in my size and even checked in the back for things I was looking for. She was so helpful, friendly, and professional as were all the associates that I came into contact with. The store itself was also well stocked with a variety of merchandise. I would highly recommend this store above any others in the area. Side note: I visited the Greenbrier store prior to this store and was not greeted at all or offered any help after wandering the store obviously looking for something specific. They weren't even as busy as the Lynnhaven store and didn't have as much variety overall. read more

Victoria's Secret is usally a classy, upscale lingerie shop. You pay more but the selection and customer service are top notch....or so it should be. I went into VS today at LYNNHAVEN mall and NONE of the sales associates looked like employees. They were dressed in a mish mash of clothing ranging from skin tight camouflage yoga pants, t shirt and sloppy rubber slippers , to ratty jeans and a t shirt. There was no telling who was working and who was shopping. Gone are the days when the employees all dressed in classy black attire and were very helpful. Nothing classy about this location, save your money and shop elsewhere. read more

I had thought the associate was grabbing something real quick and come back, but I guess I wasn't worthy of buying their products. So I decided not to buy anything. I gave one star for the customer service alone. The store is organized and I will continue to shop.....but only online. I visited today to make a return and purchase items. My husband was out of town and bought me some things in the wrong size. I had them in the original bag, with tags attached, and a gift receipt. The store manager, Adrienne came out and went out of her way to embarrass me in front of employees other customers. She was yelling "Did he buy these in an airport?" She then "schooled" me about 3rd party stores. I was dumbfounded on her lack of being discreet and tasteful, especially in an intimate apparel store. Bottom line is that my husband bought me a gift and I had the proper requirements to return it, so I shouldn't have been asked 100 questions.
