This courthouse is alright. Except commissioner Michael Bishay. He is so biased against women. Like my case, ive seen woman being turned down by this so called commissioner, and giving more right to the father. There was one incident that i cant get our of my head about a lady that took her ex to court because on one of the visitations during the father visit time with their son. The father burned their son with a cigarette on the forehead. And she had brought a picture to show proof. She showed Michael Bishay proof and on the picture there was a picture of the child and the cigarette burn. It was a perfect circle. The father had brought a toy car and told Bishay that that their son was running, and he tripped and fell on toy car. And that he hit his head on it. Which is pretty dumb. Instead, Bishay believes the father amd comes up with this dumb story saying, "probably the child was running and while you were holding the cigarette, your son ran into the cigarette and burned himself on his forehead." Are you f'n kidding me!! You're seriously going to still say that the child ran into the cigarette?!?!?!. And Bishay still gave the father more rights after that. The lady left crying in disbelief. But now to my story, I have a restraining order against the other party for domestic abuse, child abuse, harassment and terrorist threats. Barely last year the other party sent me into court after many years of the other party not being in my child's life. We got michael bishay who was taking our case. And since the beginning, he would keep giving the other party more and more rights even after the other party still wasnt bothering into seeing our son because he didnt want to do supervised visits. I kept telling Bishay that the other party needed help because he was a drug addict with multiple DuI's and was in a 72 hour psychiatric hold various times, and that he needed medication and psychiatric help. Bishay instead took away supervised visits and granted the other party more hours with our child and to come back 3 months later. The other party only saw him 5 times. 2 of the last visits before our court date, i was able to get physical proof that the other party was neglecting out child, had him in a car for 6 hrs at 105 degrees with 4 other children, thempther Party during those 7 hrs was not feeding my child. I showed bishay the proof and instead of Bishay granting supervised visits, he gave the other party unsupervised overnight visits. Even after the proof that was shown. Even after i told him that my child is in danger being with him, and all the problems the other party has. Bishay told me to show him proof that he has DUI's and the Medical records of his 72 hr Involuntary psychiatric holds. We had another court date 3-4 months later. I had the proof to show him. When I was ready to show him the proof i had against the other party and why my child is at risk and in danger of being alone with the father. Bishay turned me down and didnt want to see the proof i had against the other party. Instead, BISHAY took away my child where hes save, has everything he needs and wants, has his school and doctor. And is in a place where he feels safe. Bishay took away my sole and physical custody of my child whom ive raised and gave him to a person whom he doesnt know, has threatened me with his life, is a psycho who has a history of mental problems, a drug addict, a drunk with Multiple DUI's, whom there is a restraining order against him, and has drugs in his home. My child is scared to death of him. And COMMISSIONER MICHAEL BISHAY still granted the other party sole legal and physical custody of our child. This proofs to show that this is the reason why there are children on the news killed by one of the parents knowing that there has been some sort of abuse in the past or psychological problems with that parent and judges or commissioners like Michael Bishay still allow this kind of unfair stuff. Now thanks to Bishay, my child is in danger with that psycho. What was the point to try and show proof when i was going to be shot down. Bishay needs to be taken off. He doesnt even know what hes talking about half of the time. He confuses even himself. Hes a poor choice as a commisioner. read more

I can't believe how the courts had turn my great grandson over to his father who is on record at desert valley for numerous suicide attempts on his own life cause my granddaughter rejected him. My granddaughter own mother has Manipulated for over a year for the father to fight for custody of his son. Which my granddaughter own mother is the one trying to get the chid to raise her self and to be in control over her daughter. All of this is how the mother can control the daughter. The mother has plans later on to take the child away from the father and say he is unfit so she can have control of the child. Now this is a father who doesn't pay child support ignores medical treatment for his son, doesn't have a job, lives with his parents whom are alcoholics fighting all the time and other kids living in the house doing drugs as well as the father poping pills. My granddaughter has held her job for 4 years and is union and pays for medical treatment and care for her son. She is now staying with me her grandmother since her mother kick her out of the house for going with her dedicated boyfriend who stands by her side. The mother has never met her daughter boyfriend nor does she want too. My granddaughter mother let the child go with the father, when my granddaughter went to get her son he refused to give the child back. The police would not retrieved the boy from the father house. She went to court to fight for her son and the courts are still letting the father keep him. It's evident the courts don't care about the 4y/o or they wouldn't of let the boy stay with his father. Who to stay he won't commit suicide infront of his son or take his and his son life since it's on file at desert valley of the numerous attempts. My granddaughter mother is well aware of all of his suicidal attempts. Why would a judge be so callus in their decision without an investigation on the father and his place of living. The police wouldn't even help after numerous calls. I fear for my great grandson. The child needs to go back home to his mother where's he safe. And my granddaughter mother needs to stop manipulating others and the courts in trying to get control over her daughter and playing with people lives.
