Waitress never came back to refill water during entire 1 hour bowling session. 99% of other establishments (including bowling alleys) allow people to bring in their own water! My best guess is alcohol drinkers ruined this for people looking to simply bring their own water in. They probably hide liquor in water bottles and thus Shakopee Bowl makes a knee jerk decision which negatively impacts non-alcohol drinking customers. I won't come back in until this policy is reverted or fixed.
