We are now coming up on the end of our oldest child's first year at the school. The experience for him and for us has been fantastic in every way. The strength of this school is the people. The absolute dedication to the well-being and development of these children is obvious in every one I've interacted with. Even beyond their commitment to education, you immediately recognize that they authentically love and care for these kids. The high quality staff translates into a high quality environment. In their programming they do an excellent job of integrating fun play activities with structured learning and social time. We were especially drawn to the school's emphasis on Biblical teaching and values that infuses everything that they do. In addition to the superb learning environment, the school also does a wonderful job of engaging families which creates a positive community feel. When you add of these amazing traits (and so much more), you get a second-to-none early education experience for you kids. We are definitely planning on sending our second child as soon as she's old enough!

After he graduated from the program, we felt completely comfortable not continuing with therapy because of the level of care, support, and dedication he received from his teachers. They have helped him grow and learn everything he needed, and he has since developed a strong interest in math and all things science that the school offers. My youngest has been in the classroom for less than a year, and watching her development flourish has been incredible. The communication between parents and teachers is exceptional and has created such a strong relationship with the school. They stay in constant communication with us throughout the school day and even after school. She claimed that my daughter Jasmine had head lice. She insisted that I must immediately pick up my daughter. So I called my mother, and my sister; however, no family member was willing to deal with the head lice situation. Therefore I had no other choice but to call off work. I picked up my daughter, and immediately brought her to our family doctor. Both the doctor and nurse examined Jasmine's hair and scalp, and concluded that Jasmine did not have head lice; SHE ONLY HAD DANDRUFF! Therefore, I brought my daughter back to the Wee Care Day Care, and presented the doctor note. The day care manager insisted that Jasmine's doctor was wrong, and the manager re-examined my daughter's hair! She then pointed out the dandruff flakes, and claimed that was HEAD LICE, AGAIN!!! This terrible situation cost me my job, and due to my job loss, and being a single parent (divorced) I had a struggle with paying my rent, and consequently we were evicted!!!

They have high expectations for their students because they know the children will rise to them. I appreciate the high academic standards and feel my kids are challenged to be the best they can be both academically and socially. There is just as much character building going on here as there is book learning. We love the sense of community at this school and really look at St. Paul as our extended family. My kids feel safe, secure, and well loved! There is a healthy parent involvement with plenty of opportunities for volunteering. The curriculum is challenging yet balanced with art, music, library, gym, and there are plenty of extra curricular activities and sports that are offered. I highly recommend St. Paul!
