The staff has a way of structuring their day but making it fun and giving the older kids the freedom they so much desire. They are very understanding and on more than one occasion brightened my day. They are very good at determining what behavioral issues they can handle and which should be escalated for parents. When a problem does occur they address it and move on. My children have become loving , caring , inquisitive people because of Enchanted Care. As a parent I absolutely love the scheduled days for my children, and that they are always doing something meaningful and vital for their growth and development!
