They will talk to me about any successes, or even road blocks he encountered throughout a day and describe how he succeeded in working through it, or how they worked with him to work around issues. Even just coming in to pick him up and them telling me how something he did made them laugh is really fun, and I get the sense that they care about each kid in this way and how they grow. When you come and pick you're child up at the end of the day, and they are bummed that they are getting picked up, I take that as a sign they were having fun and enjoying the environment. And I feel like the teachers do a great job and keeping the room fun, while still challenging and teaching them tools that they will need further down (in school or otherwise).

I am supposed to be paid, as stated in the PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT/INVOICE by check the day of performance. But I was told by the director that the check was in the mail. She refuses to make any effort to make sure I am paid for the job she booked me for. The same excuse has been given to me EVERYTIME I call for the last 6 weeks. Every daycare I have performed at has paid me up front. I gave a wonderful performance and made the children laugh and smile, and walked away been stiffed. I do not recommend this day care to anyone.... And I go to day cares for a living.
