He never called to discuss, and never returned several phone calls from me and the realtor who had apparently worked with him in the past. He fully understood the time frame, when the house had to get listed, and screwed us. We were left scrambling to find someone else to do the work. Eric simply didn't show up and didn't have the character to provide a suitable explanation or alternative. He is totally unreliable and flaky. I strongly recommend against using him.

Jon quickly replied to our request for an estimate, and was kind enough to operate using a design we had provided. Of all the estimates we received, Jon's was the most reasonable, and he was willing to quote several details we ended up holding off on for the time being. (Of course, with how awesome the space looks, we'll probably be asking them back out to install them now!) Jon provided an estimate between August and September for completion of the project, and his crew just finished up the work today (Sept 13th). NOW, that we are in the dead of winter with sub-freezing temps, the horrid owner is flat out REFUSING to let the dogs in, despite 12-18 inches of snow coming. He claims they "cuddle" in the dog house to keep warm. Meanwhile they are shivering, who knows if they have food or water that's not frozen.... Our company was hired to provide emergency snow removal services in January. After we submitted our invoices, we received no meaningful communication regarding payment. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, the company has failed to respond or resolve the outstanding balance. The lack of communication, failure to honor its commitments, and poor business practices make this a company I cannot recommend. If you're looking for landscaping or property maintenance services, I would strongly suggest choosing a company that values professionalism, clear communication, and paying its contractors fairly and on time.
