Would highly recommend it to anyone!

The owner, John, is an awesome guy who will do anything to ensure the customer is happy. He now runs the business with his oldest son, also named John. If there is something you have in mind specifically for a car, they will go out of their way to find it for you. This was the case when I purchased my latest vehicle. I wanted a particular model the car lot did not have in stock, but John found it for me within days. I have been very happy driving in Toronto traffic with my little Mazda 3! I have had no complaints with their customer service over the almost 15 years I have been a loyal customer and would not think of purchasing anywhere else.

Amazing customer service at the front with Jamie and trustworthy mechanic in the bay (sorry, I…read moredon't recall his name). I called on Monday afternoon with an exhaust system problem, and they booked me into an appointment for Wed at 1pm. They took my truck in at the scheduled time, and less than 10 mins diagnosed a rusted and broken flange from exhaust pipe. They took me into the bay and showed me the issue. Gave me amount quote and time to fix. Also showed me a secondary unrelated issue, noting it could wait but to monitor it. They were backing the truck out of the bay just as I was returning at their estimated time of completion. Cost I paid was exactly was I was quoted even though a 3rd really minor issue with the muffler was identified that they also fixed. Quick, simple, honest and professional.

This dealership sells lemons and even the owner doesn't stand behind the vehicles he sells . These people are the epitome of greasy used car salesmen
