I had a genuinely positive experience purchasing my vehicle, which makes what followed even more disappointing. Less than six weeks after the purchase, the car completely died. I contacted Car Loft multiple times, and despite leaving messages and being told the issue was documented in my file, I never received a callback. I'm assuming it wasn't intentionally ignored, but it certainly speaks to professionalism and their commitment to their vehicle purchases. Two weeks after that repair, the vehicle is now making another concerning noise, creating yet another urgent and costly situation. This time I was finally able to get someone helpful on the phone, and they were not interested in taking a look to see if they could even help, let alone offering assistance in any other way. Peter offered a loaner truck until mine came back which was more than a fair offer and more than I have received at any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Fortunately I did not sell or trade in ( and never will) my 2005 Dodge Ram so I do not require a loaner at this time. Peter said if I change my mind to call back and he would make it happen. From the original purchase of my Dodge too now; Kingston Dodge have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. When McDonalds makes a mistake on a drive through order, "Sorry" is adequate; I think something more than an insincere and cowardly apology is required when an automobile dealership/service centre turns a quick recall/oil change into a broken truck and lost work time on Monday (and beyond?), leaves your work truck unlocked in an ungated yard with valuable tools inside ("That's what insurance is for" they will tell you) ("We do lock checks every night!" Well i guess not when the service guys are taking off Friday evening), and makes insufficient attempts to contract the vehicle's driver when a fleet service (providing reduced profit margains) is involved. Oh and when they ask you if you will need a shuttle when you book an appointment, they will not have a shuttle there for you at that appointment time. When you tell them you are calling a cab, they won't give you a cab voucher. I guess that small luxury is a thing of the past. The General Manager actually threatened to call the Police when I said I would leave this 1 star review. Just stay clear folks.

All of which I have proof of in writing both by them as well as a reputable independent mechanic These guys are crooks and will be going through litigation.
