Took multiple on hold forever calls, (giving up after 25-30 minute holds) to get someone to answer. When I finally reached them, there was no apology, or attempt to salvage a relationship from Jeff's Staff. And yes Jeff, check your email. I also sent you requests. Now I find out months later that they did not cancel all of them. Giving up trying to reach them. What a mess.

Good prices. Great, efficient service. The only downside of Bowman Business and Tax Services is the location. The office itself is a little outdated and could stand to be refurnished, painted and recarpeted.
