One time they rescheduled one minute before my appointment. I understand things happen but the rescheduling was a trend item and common occurrence. My last appointment was for 8:00 am when they first opened. The staff trickled in between 8- 8:20. The xray equipment didn't work and the office was generally dirty. Stained carpet and dusty shelves. The dental staff itself is good. The place really needs to be managed better.

I ended up paying a large bill for treatment that would be covered if they did the treatment on separate days. The office was very difficult and unprofessional to deal with and gave me the run around. They just rack up as many things as they can to pad the bill. I still am not sure they even did the costly procedure. My insurer said it is impractical that both billed procedures are done the same day. Which is why they don't cover it if done the same.

I met Dr. Bonebreak and was blown away by not only his professionalism but how comfortable he made me feel. I am also very observant, this man has manners. I am big on always saying thank you to those around you! I noticed he always thanks his staff and is professional with them but you can tell he is kind. The young lady who assisted me with my Invisalign today was very knowledgeable, I was nervous about getting them. A little more so when I realized I had to wear them on the bottom and the top to fix the lowers. She put all that to rest for me. Walked me through maintaining them, and answered my 56 questions. I also noticed how thorough Dr. Bonebreak was with his notes on my teeth. Dr. Bonebreak wrote so much to ensure he was giving the best possible service. This makes me happy since I am spending a little over 6k to essentially make my teeth perfect. I wish this was place I had taken my daughter to, but shoulda , coulda, woulda :( I can't say enough great things about this place ! Professionalism goes such a long way. I find…read moreDr. Winnard and his entire staff to be very warm friendly and genuinely care about my teeth. I had a serious underbite. You know that English bulldog mouth? Anyway, I was very skeptical that Dr. Winnard could correct this situation. But, I now have a bite that I am so proud of! It did take two years almost to the day of placement of braces, but I am so glad I did this! This is the smile that I have always wanted. My teeth are now straight. I now have a midline (I had no idea I was supposed to have a midline) and I no longer bite the inside of my cheeks. I highly recommend Dr. Winnard and his staff. I didn't wait long after completing my paperwork to be seen. I was ushered into an office separate from the treatment area and more private. Dr. Bonner took his time and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. In no way did I feel rushed, I felt like I was his only patient at the moment. Overall, I had a great experience. Now, I will say that the waiting area is more dedicated to children, I'm not completely sure how I feel about that.
