Once they came 1/2 hour before sunset with the appointment at noon. Checked pilot light assembly. Said that the pilot light is fine, but requested money to purchase a new one. I gave him $200 cash. And that he will install it tomorrow. Tomorrow and after he did not show up, no phone calls, nothing. Did not answer e-mails. Disappeared. In summary: small time crooks, scam artists.
