Due to family stuff and etc okay I understood for the first few times but it continues to happen my mother talked to her about this issue she got very defensive wasn't understanding was always talking over my mother not letting her get a word in.... It seems like with her show kids she doesn't cancel on them as frequently which is extremely !!FRUSTRATING!!! I feel like I'm not pushed or challenged enough during lessons with my horse and I and when my lessons get canceled how am I going to learn things when I'm not being taught?? When you first start taking lessons off Cindy she is a very sweet individual but over time it seems like she has changed she is still kind and respectful but sometimes she just comes off as rude and annoyed. But over-all the board for the horses is fine my mom pays $525 a month we get every penny used from it, my horses stall is big she gets to go out all day and all night for the summer but they bring them back in to feed.... Down side about the fields they are SUPER DUPER MUDDY ankle deep mud sometimes, when riding inside the inside arena is super tiny and is no help I hardly have space in there to do a canter and when it's raining for her lesson kids she brings all four inside whenever I want to ride I can't because of them. Another downside is that the workers throw water in the inside around sometimes I cannot even lunge my horse due to how wet it is; the one time I was lunging her she slipped and fell over cause off a wet spot and had also tripped and almost fell over ‍

The owner hired a 25 yr. old know it all Fall 2019 and soon things changed and not for the better. More rules, extra charges- not in my board contract. Anyhow, if you like drama & people in your business then this is the place for you! Boarders always bickering with each other or the owner. One boarder always coming drunk and one day I witnessed her hitting another vehicle in the parking lot. Workers only care about the paycheck. They only wanted to give my horse 1 bucket of water cause they didn't want to clean the 2nd bucket. Two different times my horse didn't have access to water in the pasture. Owner skimps on hay and only cares about the money. Barn closes at 7pm. Anyhow, I could go but I think you get the idea.

As someone who has my infant child here, I can say that they do a great job. I absolutely love the cameras which allow me to see what my child is doing at all times. The teachers are very receptive to my instructions and I feel like we have good communication. I would recommend Kiddie Academy of South Fayette to others just based on the cameras and location alone. But the staff have been very helpful and are easy to talk to. I think they do a great job of staying organized and tending to the needs of all the babies in the class. It's not easy to keep track of so many different baby types and schedules! Hopefully people won't let the one star review sway them from exploring this center as an option! I feel very lucky to have my baby here!

However, I give it three stars. Thinking as a mom, on the left of the stone pathway there's no fence! There is a 90 foot drop down into a gully with broken tree branches, mud and fallen trees everywhere. This is just an accident and a lawsuit waiting to happen. For this reason alone, if Daughter were younger than say, 7, I probably wouldn't bring her here. I wouldn't bring any child here that was very young, and/or didn't listen to stay where told.

If you're pursing another career and in school please don't bother working here. They assume that doing things out of your job description is more important than YOU and your HEALTH. They don't care about their workers and especially your children! Nothing will be adequate for the people running this place and to be frank.. it's ran by 20 year olds with no children and with no idea. The staff continues to get worse and more disgusting by the years go by, since all the good people are in quitting. Please assign your children elsewhere and if you're looking for a job, stay far away from SHH.

Our family have been members at Sarah Heinz for 15 years. For the most part it has been great…read more However, the last few years, the leadership has diminished. The new Steam Director does not put kids first. This was evident by the treatment the Worlds Qualifying robotics team received this last year. Because of the refusal to compromise, they effectively dismantled the robotics team, causing 1/3 of the team to leave, many who were recognized as Youth of the year and nominated for the First Robotics Deans list for there passion, contribution and promotion of the team and Heinz. Despite these accolades and the team having 1 qualifying robot completed, and another robot nearly finished, the director demanded changes to the robots that were not necessary, required late nights to accomplish, and threaten to withhold competitions and punish if not completed. Heinz decided mid season to change the student lead team, where the students had the autonomy to plan, build and make decision on the robot, allowing the to learn from mistakes or celebrate their accomplishments; to a student build team, being dictated by the new Steam Director. This was not how the team was run for many years, it was not what we signed up for, and was not how the team started or was advertised and promoted in the same year. We are very disappointed in the mentors who understood this from past years and refused to facilitate a productive transition. Instead of the Heinz motto, Laugh Learn Lead, it became, Be Quiet, Work, Follow. I believe everyone on the team deserves a refund for the significant change made to team midway through the season. There are still those at Heinz we respect and appreciate, and we are saddened our time there had to end on such bad terms, but we are deeply disappointed in the treatment my family and many others received and how easily Heinz disregarded the students who left. We cannot support Heinz House, or the new Steam Director after this. I hope its a better situation for others that stay, but I would be wary of the Steam Director and how she treats the programs under her. As it was explained to us by the mentors that know her, She will not except NO for an answer, and will do what it takes to get what she wants. We find that mindset to be very toxic when working with students at a place where you are supposed to foster leaders.

This is a small park, but great place for bird watching and for special events…read more They have bird watching every Thursday at 9 a.m. Recently, the class spotted an Indigo Bunting and a King Bird. They have a tall "tower" (on the edge of the parking lot), a project to encourage Swallows to nest and have babies. They even have instructions if you want to build one at home. The park features two ponds, one near the entrance, across from the parking lot. Lined with willows and other trees, it's a pretty place for picnicking. Straight past the insanely tiny (holds about 10-12 cars) parking lot, is a tented area for special events. To the right of the parking lot is Marcraig House. It's a beautiful, old stone house, now used for special events. It's great for entertaining wedding or vow renewal guests...a perfect place for cocktails. There's a huge, old barn just behind the house, now used for storage. Beyond that, is a cute, quaint, little cottage, which is largely used for a catering office. I peered inside, and immediately thought it would be a great bed & breakfast place for a bridal couple to stay after the wedding. It has a small, abandoned greenhouse attached, apapparently growing a nice little crop of weeds.
