Honestly this is the worst service I've ever received. I've been a loyal Verizon customer for 7 years, despite the better rates and offers from other service providers, and my experience here seriously made me reconsider my loyalty. I brought my girlfriend here to add her to my plan and take advantage of the trade in for the iPhone 15 plus an iPad and an Apple Watch deal and almost instantly regretted it. Jaime was our sales rep and he demonstrated dishonest, malicious and predatory sales tactics. He purposefully withheld information from us and pushed products on us for what I assume was a nice commission. I ended up leaving the store with over $400 in fees and taxes and apparently a bunch of services I didn't sign up for or need. My boyfriend and I went into Verizon to have me added to his plan and take advantage of their christmas special. The special included a new phone, iPad and watch. The representative ended up adding services that we never approved which caused my bill to jump to $400. In addition to this the representative lied to us about receiving $200 for getting the internet or qualifying purchase but after doing research we already qualified for the $200 through me transferring my phone number and buying a watch. Overall this store has misled us and we returned all devices and their are unable to refund us the set up fee totaling to $75 read more

Earlier I wrote a bad review of my experience at Victra in Coddingtown. I purchased a new iphone under a plan that offered a "free iphone" for "Loyal" customers. (My monthly bill for several years with my older iphone was about $70.) It took a while for the technical specialist to sell me on the new phone and explain why it was a good plan and set up my new phone. Rather exhausting. The next day I saw that my monthly bill under a 3-year contract was now $146!! I was shocked and I wrote a very insulting review. I was wrong. I reviewed every aspect of the new bill. I had agreed to a streaming package well worth it's $50 charge and said yes to insurance $26, which I have been able to drop. So, my bill for the phone part is really still about $70 and I have a new phone. I AM VERY SORRY! read more

I have two lines plus a watch. I had lost my phone so went for a new one. Employee Acxell helped. Not the friendliest, no smile, but didn't care just as long as they do their job right and move it along because you know you'll be in a mobile store for at least 30 minutes. Once he activated the new phone, I told him if he could assist with lowering my monthly payment because I've been paying $250 for the past four months! I had another watch so turned out I was still paying for that other one and offers that they were still charging me for. Got my new bill for $220 which I still think it's a lot. I called Verizon and I had the friendliest rep on the phone. He was able to get my phone bill down to $150! Acxell didn't remove the international phone package. I only travel to Mexico but that's free AND he also didn't remove the other watch from the system and didn't remove the insurance from one of the phones like I had told him to. So I upgraded my daughters phone here. First off I thought this was a Verizon store and not an authorized retailer for Verizon! Second they charged a set and go fee, which was at no point disclosed to us. When I paid, I thought I was paying the taxes on the phone. It's fine that your store wants to charge these fees but they need to disclosed to the customer to see if they want the service or not.
