So I came here to upgrade my phone and when I walked in there was only one employee, Thomas. He was already helping another customer but still took a second to greet me and ask me what I needed today. He was super patient with the other customer and when he finished he immediately came to help me. Thomas was super friendly, helpful and honest. He gave me an amazing offer and even found promotions I was missing out on, so my bill came out to about the same even with a brand new phone being added. Customers just kept coming through the door after me and he would still greet them and be super kind, even when most would be annoyed. I felt very taken care of and the value of service was amazing. Seriously this guys deserves a raise! read more

In July my elderly mother went into this store to purchase cellular service. The manager, Abraham, also sold her an Apple watch telling her that it was only $35. I would like to note that my mother is in her 70's and is not technically savvy. She was not aware that the watch included phone & internet service, she literally thought that it was just a watch. Upon hearing this, we retuned to the store & the manager Abraham, stated that he was unable to return the watch. I advised him that the sale of the watch was made fictitiously & told him that he sold a item to an elderly woman who has little to no technological knowledge & that she was not fully advised as to what she was purchasing. The store manager at this particular store is masterfully dishonest & unethical. His unprofessionalism & unscrupulous sales tactics are unconscionable & borderline criminal. He is disgraceful & lacks the ethics & professionalism I have associated AT&T with. After giving me the run around, I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and filed a complaint. The following day I received a call from The Office of The President from their corporate office in Dallas, Texas. I informed her of the terrible service we received from Abraham at this location and she immediately refunded my mother her money and accepted the return of the Apple Watch. She was extremely apologetic for the poor service we received from Abraham and she went above and beyond to make sure that my mother was financially compensated. Please do not take his word for face value and report him to the Office of the President via the BBB to resolve your issue. read more

I went in to make a switch from T-Mobile to AT&T, I was a little hesitant due to the fact that I've had T-mobile for quite some time.. however due to the poor service I have been experiencing with T-Mobile recently I needed to make the switch. I came in today and was greeted by Abraham, and I told him my concerns about making the switch and off bat he knew I had T-Mobile. ( I guess T-Mobile really does have bad service) Abraham made sure the switch went smooth and took care of any concerns or questions I had about AT&T. I definitely left the AT&T store feeling confident that they will be so much better service than T-Mobile. If you ever stop by this store make sure you ask for Abraham, he has such good customer service skills and is very attentive of his customers! I was having problems activating my wife's new iphone and the young lady that helped me (can't remember her name) was very helpful, seemed knowledgable and courteous. She fixed the problem in 10 minutes flat. I avoided other store locations because many of them have really bad reviews but this location gets my thumbs up. Be aware that the maps app lists this store as being open at 9 am, but in reality it doesn't open until 10 (m-f). read more

Sooooo All the T-Mobile and Verizon stores in this area lose hands down to this AT&T store, staff and the best damn Manager Q! This may not be the biggest AT&T store but they have the best staff, deals and help. Tmobile up Rosemead by Washington forget about them; rude and overpriced! I pass through here daily dealing with auto auctions and had to stop to fix my iPhone today; which is a dinosaur in 2020 and took a dump just like a brontosaurus on me today. I'll add in I had all my psycho kids with me as well whom were jacked up on apple juice and public school lunches, which God knows what is in that food, so in parent terms my damn hands were full with a broken phone and people trying to call me. As soon as I came in the store Q and his staff immediately jumped into action even with other customers and deals going. They gave equal and full attention to every single person in the store! They immediately hooked up the toss game for the kids and were brave enough to let my oldest child handle the tv remote and trust him; That's like allowing your kids to control the AC Thermostat in the house, lol. My order took a while due to phones and a biz account, but trust me trust me trust me these guys are quick, know their stuff, and have damn good prices! They beat the other stores in this area hands down man. Don't waste time dealing with other stores. Just get it done and handled with Q and his staff. They had stock and are great at addressing your needs and listening to get you the right set up! read more

So this place is dishonest, employees and the manager.'I walk in to get a new line, I asked for the $50 dollar plan. Well, check it out, I got my first bill $112 dollars ..here is the break down $30 activation fee(whatever just say there is an activation fee) , $7 fee for going paperless and auto pay( now that is a rip off) 2 separate charges for insurance, (which I said that I didn't care for)for $15 dollars . I found it very odd that they couldn't give me a price breakdown on that day....that was a red flag...The reception is not even that great to finish it off ... read more

I went to this location with so many questions Alexis and the manager Trivon were amazing, they answered all my questions!

Purchased phone from here and was told I can do my trade in inside the store after my new iPhone 13 was delivered to me. Well I got the new phone activated it and went in for my trade in to be processed. The representative was completely un willing to help even after I waited to be helped they handed me a box and said call customer service. I was confused they said they can't help in store. I called customer Service and they said no they can help in store they should have looked up your account I advised customer service that they didn't even attempt that. I then went to the att off Beverly Blvd in Montebello and that store rep was super helpful. They proceeded with to look up my account and take the trade in. I will recommend to take business to that location. It's sad that this specific store gained the sale but definitely for future I'll be going to the other att for all needs and purchases for my whole family. 10/10 not recommended as associates are NOT willing to assist. read more
