Customer service? What's that? Never heard of it…read more Little Wolf is proving to be a wolf in sheep's​ clothing. We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." After spending several thousand dollars on cabinets, I expected​ better than this. Thanks,​ Little Wolf, thanks for nothing!

He came by our house one night and on the first meeting, we went over our budget and what we wanted to have made. Alex understood what we were looking to do, took measurements and sent us a quote within 48 hours. A few days later, Alex came back to measure again and go over a game plan - I gave him a deposit and we were off and running. From there, I went to his shop to see the progress he making and everything looked beautiful. Some said send the dimensions and we will get back to you. Some said come to the store and pick what you want it's all the same. Best thing I did was call Shav. He came straight to my house when I called and started taking measurements. Little did I know at that time that this man would make us the dream kitchen. From the moment I reached out, Samir responded right away. He is an unbelievably good communicator. Because of scheduling and logistics, we did a lot of texting, and he promptly provided me with a detailed written estimate. Once I chose my color, he handled everything -- purchasing all the paint and supplies, and arriving with his assistant fully prepared. They carefully protected and taped off everything before starting. They were highly efficient, clearly experienced, and paid close attention to every detail. On the first day, they meticulously removed all the cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware, organizing everything carefully in containers. Then they sanded everything thoroughly. They took the doors with them, and just two days later returned to reinstall everything. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. My kitchen looks amazing, and I could not be happier. I would like to separate out the work product from the service aspect. The work product you can seen from the pictures - our bathrooms are transformed. It's one thing to select nice finishes and materials and another thing to install them with care and quality. They delivered on both. Then, there is the service aspect. My wife was late into her pregnancy when we started the work and then we had a newborn and a young child too while the work was being finalized. Samir and team were so conscientious - there were times when we weren't even sure they were there because the were working so quietly. I recommend them without reservation and will turn to them for any future work we do.

The woodworking shop we used to make our radiator covers and some other custom bookcases did not do…read morewood paneling, nor did they have any recommendations for someone who did, so I went online in search of someone who could design, build and install wood paneling in our dining room. Some how, through the miracle of internet search, I found Tamas and ProWood. We hired Tamas to design, engineer, build, and install the paneled entrance to our dining room, the paneling along one wall, and the built-in bookcases along the other wall. Throughout the process, Tamas was incredibly patient with our decision making, giving us sketches to confirm his understanding of what we wanted and then CAD print outs showing us exactly how it would look once it was built. As homeowners without an interior design background, this was incredibly helpful. While his team does the actual installation, Tamas visits the job site frequently to ensure that everything is being done as discussed. Tamas is in great demand, and we had to wait in line to get our project done, but it was worth it, as it is very hard to find such meticulous craftsmanship. Plus, Tamas is just a delight to work with on projects. I would highly recommend ProWood.
