Rained pretty heavily on Friday and he reached out and said he thinks it would be best to reschedule for Saturday at 9am due to needing to possibly saw some pieces outside. Liked that he took the initiative to reschedule instead of taking a chance. Showed up perfectly on time on Saturday, all supplies ready to go. Told us he thought the work would take 2-3 hours- he was done in about an hour! Did a great job and you can't even tell the difference between the existing door frame and the new piece. Left everything in great condition and requested a broom so he sweep up. We also have a kitchen cabinet that cracked- and wanted to show him. He explained how we could easily and cheaply just fix it ourselves. So cool. Really nice guy who does great work- we will keep him in mind for future needs and highly recommend him!

He took the time to talk with me and even offered to go to my condo asap to look at the damage. He went over the same day and called me immediately with his thoughts and advice. I never felt pressured to work with him or that he was rushing me to make a decision. In fact, it was just the opposite. He told me I could call him anytime and ask him any questions I had even if I don't use him. Spoiler alert, I totally used him. A no brainer! From start to finish, Kevin came through for me. He showed up on time, his crew was respectful of my property, he communicated every step of the way, took photos, and even went above at beyond by being the middle man for me with my adjustor and insurance company. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them.
