I don't know if it has always been that way but as of mid 2025 they are working so well as a team whine I've been there. For a business such as this teamwork and efficiency is key and they have it dialed in. Missing the 5 star review due to the lack of parking for the only and very very highly utilized UPS store.

This location needs a separate register ready to have drop-off items that are already sealed with a UPS label on it. There were multiple people in-line behind me with the same thing, just needing to "get a scan" and had to wait for all of the other patrons that needed counter assistance for boxing, taping, measuring, entering addresses/recipients, printing, etc. The line was wrapped around the store and it was after Christmas. Unnecessary wait times to be prepared to leave my shipment unlike other carriers in the area. Please figure out a way to streamline this process for those of us that can literally drop into a bin and go about our day because we did the work and do not need "help" or a receipt.
