Good selection of movies which are cheap to rent out. Only store I know of locally to rent? Talkative staff!

This branch of Game is one of the many branches of the chain I have now visited which includes…read morestores all over the country from the likes of Wakefield, Oldham and Manchester. This branch is located in the intu Eldon Square Shopping mall and is classed as being located on Northumberland Street, in Newcastle city centre, when comparing this store to over city centre branches such as the larger and more modern branch in central Manchester, Manchester Arndale, this branch really does disappoint. I've found this store to be one of the busiest stores in the mall on a recent visit, and for the size of the store, it doesn't match that, the store is too narrow and it isn't a great size making it quite hard to browse the view of games. The store also seemed understaffed and the staff members working didn't seem too helpful. They did have live demo of PS4 and Xbox One consoles, which one would play on which was nice but the location of these on the narrow aisles, made them even harder to get down, it's bad enough asking an adult to move out of the way, but asking a kid to move when they are playing a game is probably nearly as hard as the work Jurgen Klopp would have to do, to win a trophy at Liverpool. I found the overall feel, size and selection of the store, as well as the staff to be really poor, sadly to warrant a single one star rating for this branch of Game in Newcastle city centre.

This store sells a good selection of games that are new as well as pre-owned. Game also buys your old stuff and sells a handful of second-hand consoles, phones, laptops and tablets. You can find all your game cards here too which I see many purchasing as presents. There's also a small section of game guides and game related merchandise such as t-shirts and plushies. The store it's laid out very simply which makes it very easy to find what you need straight away. All games are in alphabetical order and in sections according to gaming console. The staff don't bother you but are happy to help if asked. Game always have a bundle deal on and has good pre-order deals on soon to be released games so definitely a place to check out.

First time I have used this gamestation had used others in the past I bought a game today it was in the sale section with the orginal price ticket on and a sale price ticket not a preowned ticket took it home put it in game started there were several different types of instrucment to use in the game (hidden object game) now I have played loads of these gams before but could not figure it out. Went to look in box and no instruction booklet could not be bothered to go back out to ashington so tried to google instructions Unable to find any so asked boyfriend to take me back to the shops. Got there and explained it had no instructions. The guy who had served me in the morning said that sometimes they dont when they are preowned, I said that I thought that it was new as it had a sale sticker on it and not a preowned one. I explained how there were several things to do and the girl next to him serving someone else chips in that its a hidden object game I said I know but there are several diffrent things to use (to find things) and I couldnt figure it out. She said under her breath that there's not. I had asked the guy to just refund me and he did. He also asked for another sales person to show me where the new games are. He did and they had it for £20 I explained to this guy that I thought the one I bought was new as it had a sale sticker on and it is £12.98 with free delivery online which was the price I paid. I have now just ordered it online. Not going back to that gamestation. The other item I bought was fine but didnt like the way that the other member of staff who served me went on. Much better to just shop online that go to this store
