This is probably my favorite place to revisit. I've been trying to see more of the island with my small family and this takes the cake. I'm actually terrified of the ocean so there's that. This experience is incredibly friendly and doesn't make me anxious. Always a pleasure. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Ron S.
Captain Ron, a 17 year resident of Puerto Rico, grew up on a farm in Kansas. He played Dividion 1 football for KSU and then built and owned multiple independent insurance agencies throughout the eastern half of Kansas. The cold winters finally got to him and seventeen years ago he sold everything and moved to Vieques. He had boat fever but was able to keep it at bay until one day in May of 2012, at breakfast with his girlfriend, he overheard someone talking about delivering a boat. The fever started again and four months later Vieques Island Powercat was started with the 47 foot Robertson Caine Leopard Power Catamaran - the Wildcat. Two years later in Dec 2014 he added another boat - a brand new 51 foot Robertson Caine Leopard - the Wildcat Too. For the fall of 2017 he has made the decision to move the Wildcat to San Juan bay so make easier for more clients to enjoy a day cruise or sunset cruise in luxury.
