If you're traveling to Puerto Rico, BOOK KEITH AND HIS TEAM--NO QUESTION!…read more Keith and his team at Luquillo Beach Taxi were the reason our entire bachelorette trip was beyond spectacular. With a group of 10 girls, our biggest concern was finding reliable transportation, especially since Ubers are not easy to come by in Luquillo Beach. Thank goodness we met Keith on our first night--seriously, we all agreed he was sent from above! From the start, Keith went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was there for every single ride we needed, always on time, professional, and incredibly personable. But beyond that, he brought the energy, the laughs, the best music and the best vibes! He wasn't just a driver--he became a true friend to all of us. Keith made sure we felt safe, cared for, and stress-free the entire trip. He had the best recommendations, helped us plan our outings, and even surprised us with Puerto Rican souvenirs we'll cherish forever!! He even handled our chaotic airport departures--everyone had different flight times, one friend's flight was delayed until 4 AM, and Keith still showed up with a smile, ready to take her 30+ minutes back to our Airbnb. This man is a legend. If you want a seamless, fun, and truly blissful experience in PR, Keith is your guy. We love you, Keith--we'll be back!!!

If you're looking for a nice relaxing day on a private island then this may be the trip for you!…read moreThis is a group tour that travels with more than just those you booked with. As long as 15 people are on the tour, they will take you to your Calebra. If less than 15 you stay local! There were well over 15 so we were able to tour Calebra. It was so beautiful! Once you get there, they pick you up on a ferry to take you to the boat . The boat travels for about an hour before getting to a private island and that is where you get the guided snorkeling or diving tour depending on what you selected! My friends and I did the snorkeling. As someone who can't swim (I know I know lol) I had a great time. The tour guides were very informative and helpful for all ages and swim levels. They do provide fruit, cold cut sandwiches and rum punch and when you stop . If you're looking for a "party" boat then this may not be for you. Don't expect lots of liquor and twerking etc it's a family type tour, Some of my friends were a bit disappointed by the price expecting that we'd stop somewhere that had a bar and restaurant but it was just a private island (we're in our high 20s low 30s). So idk I think it depends on your expectations but I was okay with everything and the service was great!

Never In my life did I think I would give a 1 Star but would not recommend this company. We…read morecontacted them weeks prior to our trip to inquire about getting scuba certified. We were told we had to first buy and complete the course work through PADI and from There they would do the water/ dive sessions and compete the certification. The shop also gets a kick back from Padi as work since it makes u select a dive shop where ur course work is sent to. Once we complete the course work, we each reached out to the dive shop about 2 - 1 1/2 weeks in advance to schedule the dates and times for the water sessions. We did not receive any type of response back from the shop. We attempted to message on whatsup as requested but still did not receive a confirmation or any type of communication. We called down to the shop, where we were told to just text them. We again tried to text the shop but did not receive any response. We flew to San Juan and arrived and immediately went to the shop, we were told to text them and they would get back to us.. we asked directly if they had availability and we were told they would check and get back to us via text.... A day goes by, we attempt to call and no response.. fully we get a text saying they are fully committed...... This was without doubt the worst type of un-reliable customer service and a refusal to communicate.. I would not trust this dive shop or operation. They should never have told us to use to do the course work with their shop and then refuse to complete our certification. Luckily Scuba Dogs next door came to our rescue when we told them about the horrible customer service we received. Just be aware this shop will not be reliable.

Instead, Little Boat Sailing was recommended and my husband and I IMMEDIATELY jumped on the opportunity to go. It was definitely the best/most fun thing we did on our whole vacation. The tour guides/sailers are fantastic people who are extremely well-educated on the local ecology and who are genuinely passionate about what they do. They create a super comfortable atmosphere on a tiny boat with strangers. They bring along an underwater camera to document your trip, which is a super nice touch. I got the pictures on my first day back to work from vacation and it really made my day. The trip its self is extremely fun - the boat can get up to a pretty swift clip (especially when it's windy) and the snorkeling is fantastic. I would TOTALLY go on this trip again and whole heartedly recommend it AND SUP Vieques.

Jorge took us out to an offshore reef to go snorkeling, (he provides all the gear) and it was the best snorkeling of our vacation - lots of different kinds of coral, lots of fish and a couple of rays - a spotted eagle ray and southern stingray. We finished the morning sailing over to some of the mangrove channels. Jorge was on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and open to our questions. Communication was clear about everything from the first time we contacted him to the end of the tour. He offered to tailor the morning sail to our interests, and we could also have explored another secluded beach or gone for further snorkeling. Jorge also takes pictures with his camera so you have a souvenir of your trip as well. I can't recommend this highly enough. If you are on the island you will love the boat, the tour, and Jorge. Go do it!

A few days before…read moreour trip, I contacted the owner Rafael personally via phone number provided by VIATOUR to confirm if he was able to accommodate us last minute during our short stay in Puerto Rico. Rafael was currently on a tour during our conversation but ultimately returned my phone call confirming that he was able to accommodate us on 12/31/16. We were picked up at 0800 hrs by Rafael and his life partner, Katiana, at our Hotel (Tryp by Wyndham). Also present was their son Danny who was a delight to have the entire day. We were offered water from their cooler. The tour started immediately and Rafael began teaching us the history of Puerto Rico during the drive to each location. Rafael also informed us that due to the tradition of "celebratory gun shots" on NEW YEARS EVE, he's decided to not put our lives in danger and avoid Aguadilla entirely during this tour (unfortunately, due to this anomaly, we missed out on snorkeling during this tour). Our first visit was to La Cueva del Indio caves near Arecibo where Rafael taught us about the Taino tribe and their values based on the elements surrounding the area. It was about an hour ride from where we were staying in Isla Verde. Katiana dropped us off on the side entrance of the roadway that lead into a short wooded pathway, out onto a beautiful, breathtaking beach. Unfortunately, we were unaware this was happening, and could not put on appropriate footwear in time for this attraction. We then climbed onto the cave's rocky terrain, to get down to the actual area where we were able to climb down onto a ladder into the caves (tennis/hiking shoes recommended). Rafael was very knowledgeable about the rich history of the Island and its surroundings. He taught us a lot of things that we did not know about Puerto Rico, and some controversial events between Puerto Rico, Spain, & The United States. He also guided us how to navigate the rocky terrain and climb-down into the caves. Unfortunately, we could not alternatively snorkel here due to the strong waves and riptide. After the caves, we took a scenic ride to the country side of San Sebastian. Along the way, Rafael & Katiana were very accommodating to our stop requests to purchase items alongside of the highway sold by the locals. Fiance and I are always in support of local business over the the Big Box stores, so it was a delight to be able to contribute to the local vendors. We stopped at a fruit stand and enjoyed one of the best Pineapples I've ever had (Rafael bought our first pineapple, and even cut it up for us into slices!). Rafael mentioned that Puerto Rico is known for its pineapples! We also saw raw gandules (compared to the ones in a can that the Fiance cooks with), homemade pineapple hot sauce, and honey. We bit into a tangerine peeled by Rafael and was blown away by its' organic taste. Next stop was a personal request by my fiancé who wanted to purchase an authentic Pilone for when she makes her food back at home. Katiana stopped us at a small shop on the side of the road. At this stop, I also purchased a straw hat and the shop owner gave us a great deal on both the Pilone and hat. Next stop was in San Sebastian, which was about 45 minutes away from Arecibo. We were able to witness and enjoy two cascada waterfalls of the Gozalandia. The first waterfall was a short hike (10 minutes) and included a swinging rope and decent size swimming space. We swam here for a bit and continued on to the second waterfall. The second waterfall was such a serenity and less crowded. The swim space was close to the size of an Olympic pool. There was a rope to assist your climb to the top of its' waterfall, however, required a lot of upper body strength and caution due to the slippery rocks. During these two waterfalls, we were never rushed by the tour guide, and were not given a time limit to how long we could stay. Rafael, Katiana, & Danny, joined us during the hike-through and taught us about different plants and their uses (mostly medicinal). Finally, we stopped at the on-site restaurant/bar (Sha's) to enjoy a meal together. It felt like I was sitting with family and not a formal tour guide company. PR4LESS is a family owned and operated tour company who made this tour very personable for the woman and I. Even with the last minute request, Rafael & Katiana still was able to accommodate just us two even if their were no one else who booked a tour with them on New Years Eve. I would definitely book again due to the tour being a crossover between formal and informal; which I prefer. They currently are working on their home, which they hope to provide bed and breakfast service to their future guests. I hope they stay in business because their tour offers a unique experience with alternative routes that are not congested by other tourists. I look forward to taking a tour with them on our next vacation to the island. Thanks again Torres fam!

Thanks to Rafael and his wonderful family I have fallen in love with Puerto Rico again. Rafael's vast knowledge of the history of Puerto Rico, religion, and the hot spots across the entire island provided an amazing tour of approximately 75% of the island in our 3 days. Not only did we get to experience the most beautiful areas of the island but also got to enjoy the best of Puerto Rico's culture and food. We felt safe at all times due to Rafael's professional security and previous experience in the US Army. Prior to our arrival, Rafael worked with me to determine a customized travel plan that not only included excursion specifics but also airport transportation, travel assistants, and concierge services. He also reviewed a detailed list of items, such as, age of family members, medical conditions, activity and food restrictions, etc. Rafael is extremely professional, always on time and has great communication skills in both Spanish and English. You can trust his 7 year old son Daniel when he says, "Your wish is his[Rafael] command." Our excursions were 8-12 hours each day and throughout our trip Rafael and his family made us feel like a part of their family. I have traveled to over 8 countries and 35 states and can declare that Rafael is the best tour guide I've ever met.

Initially, you indicated that I would be picked up at my hotel, and later you also provided a secondary pickup location three blocks away. Due to the fact that it had rained every day during my stay--and given my medical condition--I strongly preferred the hotel pickup option to avoid standing in the rain, which is difficult and painful for me. However, if the alternate location was the only option, I was willing to try to manage it. I attempted to confirm the pickup location with your company the day before the tour but never received a response. Then, on the day of the tour, it was canceled without any direct communication or proper explanation--only a vague message saying you didn't want to "ruin my trip," which is exactly what happened. I have taken many tours over the years and have never had an issue with any other company. I am seeking compensation for the cancellation and the disruption it caused, especially since this tour was the main reason for my travel to Puerto Rico.
