The noodles are actually imported from France so you don't get those nasty noodles that you may have encountered if you've had pho at some other places. The beef is tender, the broth is filling and the spicy sauce makes your mouth water(if you like spicy, which I do!). This place is relatively new and the prices are reasonable for Madrid.
