First of all, they ran into my fence in 3 places. Never repaired. My dog got out. Randy, the owner, tried to overcharge me on grinding the stump. He left 7 huge hunks of wood. Family owned, cussed, and carried on for at least half an hour in the front yard. I had to go outside and tell them to stop. Every week for 6-8 weeks the owner advised they would be at my house to cut down some trees and then when the day would come or even that week, no response. Then a month and half later after I continuously asked when he would be there he just showed up at my house without any notice. He came days it had rain the night before, advising it would not destroy my yard but that was a lie. The owner stayed only for a few minutes to use the bucket truck to take a 2 limbs off a tree that was supposed to have 4-5 taken off of. His employees then stayed and cut down several other trees and left it a complete mess that I had to clean up due to having dogs. I asked them to move the bucket truck out of the yard as it was to rain again over night and they refused. the second day they took the fence down to the back yard, the owner was there for less than 30 mins to use the bucket truck again to take limbs off a tree in the back, again did not cut more than two limbs, supposed to cut 7 limbs and then left . One of the limbs fell and broke the 2 person swing on my granddaughter a swingset and the other went through the wood on the swingset putting a huge hole in it. His employees cut down several trees in the back, tore up the back yard with equipment. They never cleaned up the area (limbs, wood, etc). Moved the swingset back and tried to cover up the hole and broken swing. When they put the fence back up it was not put up correctly. When I asked about cleaning up the yard, trees laying on the ground and the swingset they had nothing to say. I reached out to the owner many times over the past 3.5 months and he would say oh I will fix the issues and replace the swing from the swingset and always has an excuse when I text him. I would not recommend them for anything. I had to put a drain in my back yard for water due to all the yard damage. Never has any issues an been at my house for 21 years. Paid $5900 to have one pine tree and shed removed from our yard. They agreed to leave wood chips and cover specific area. The area is not completely covered and they left several pieces of fallen tree. I have tried to call and email with no response. Would recommend that they respond to calls, clean up better and seek agreement on job completion. All toll we have about a $10,000 job in tree cutting needs and he asked me to "text him the appointment time and day" after agreeing to show up at the specified time.
