This review is for the office staff ONLY, not the medical staff. I get a med check and blood draw…read moreevery three months. I make those appointments well ahead of time. Day before my scheduled appointment I get a text showing my 9:00am appt. A little later I get a voicemail indicating I needed to change which PA would see me - no problem. I call in, change docs. Arrive at my appointment ON TIME. I wait an hour, watching people go in, people who arrived after me go in. I go to desk, she says, your appointment is for 10:30. I say no, the text and voicemail said 9:00. The woman sitting in the scheduling chair turns and says (not to me) I called her but I don't know who she spoke to when she called back. I return to my seat, find the voicemail that says 9:00, go up and show the desk clerk and the scheduling woman doesn't let me finish and says AGAIN, not to me, I CALLED HER IT WAS 10:30! Here's the thing, I'm going to wait no matter what, I need the meds and blood draw. We all make mistakes, myself included, a little courtesy from either clerk, an apology, (sorry for the confusion) would have been appreciated. I work in customer service and the attitude, tone, and behavior of the scheduling woman would be something they could be fired for at another institution . To have that experience at the doctor is enough to give me pause to change doctors. Very disappointing and leaves a very bad taste in regards to this office.

She's a good doctor but could use some bedside manners. You have to miss an entire day of work just for a sick appointment. Dr. Arnold,no never! Dr. Arnold cannot be replaced! I wish we would have had at least a 30-60 day notice before she left. Dr. Nguyen is not a good fit for Dr. Arnold patients! My family members and other elderly patients that were patients for years had to find another PCP instantly! Speaking for everyone... wish Dr. Arnold the best but I wish she had more time to find a better fit and train the new provider! If Dr. Nguyen will accept you as a new patient then go by all means but be prepared to wait all day. Again... she's a very good doctor. Just not a good fit

She has the best bedside manor, she is respectful and she's a great listener. She is unbelievably great with children. My son has never once cried while she was giving him his shots. Everything is exceptionally clean and all the rooms have fun different themes. They even have a special exam room for kids that have all kinds of toys for them to play with while your waiting. I've been with Dr. Arnold for 24 years and for the majority of the time, she has had the same staff. Recently a few members of the staff have been replaced with new people. I have not been impressed. Many of them are unprofessional with a lack of manors. However, Tom is great. He's quick, to the point, friendly, polite and professional. I always schedule my son and my appointments early and we are seen on time. If you are an established patient, you will find the open clinic to be helpful if you need to be seem right away. I cannot confirm the time/dates. I always avoid scheduling my appointment around that time, as the office becomes very busy and I experience a long wait.

Very nice lady. She even laughs at my corney jokes! Then she tells me she couldn't read my writing (neither can I! I have tremors.) She laughs at that and we go through all the meds I take for their records. She thanks me and says the dr would be in in a few minutes. About 5 minutes pass and the doc enters the room. He asks how the staff did. I tell him they did great. "Yeah," he says "they're so cool". (And he meant that) Then he starts talking about current events. Then he says "you have" (lists some of my afflictions). I say (wondering how he knew) yeah. We talk a little, he listens to my heart, lungs and says "you have copd too, dont you?" Yeah I say, howd you know? (I never put copd on my check-in papers.) "Lots if experience" he says. We talk about my medical issues. He has an UNCANNY understanding of my issues and quick fixes and long term fixes for my problems. He asks how things are on my current meds. I tell him good...all things considered. He asks if I would like to try one additional prescription. I'm interested. He says the meds that I had discontinued before seeing him attempt to treat only one part of my symptoms. This new med treats a different symptom. He writes it up. I'm going to try it this weekend. Ill check back. BOTTOM LINE: Dr. Morrill is a cut ABOVE most docs. Unassuming, with a wealth of experience, knowledge and even some humor. He's a combat era vet. That makes it easy for me to say: I literally trust this man with my life! P.S. If you can ever find a dr's office that does not have an occasional scheduling problem, well that means you're in heaven, because here on earth plans and schedules seldom go off without a hitch! That goes for EVERY GP, cardiologist, gastrointerologis and every CPA, government official and EVERYONE ELSE!
