I had my first appointment with Dr. Sayal as a new pulmonary/allergy patient two months ago. The office sent me several reminders and asked me to fill out the patient profile on-line before arriving to save time. His Henderson office is in a new building and the waiting area was comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. I've had a total of 4 appointments here and the average wait time was 15 minutes. Dr. Sayal comes across with a pleasant demeanor and genuine caring for his patients. He has examined me, gave me a treatment plan, and answered all my questions. He did not rush our appointments which is always appreciated. I can see why he has such high Google reviews. my husband was scheduled for a sleep study (for the 3rd time) on dec 10, 2025 that he did not go to because the clinic told us that they will verify it with the doctor first since he already had a 2 sleep studies, one at home and one in the lab. they did not call to confirm or call at all about the appointment. when i called them the day before the appointment i was told that its very late to cancel and that i need to go but i explained to them that we have been waiting for their call but they did jot bother calli ng at all. we ended up rescheduling the appointment but we were still charged no show fee of $200 even it was the clinic's fault for not communicating with us. we also overpaid and has a negative balance that we were supposed to get back but the clinic doesn't bother sending a check but is very good at charging people. i filled a dispute and refund, i better get this money back. also, not coming back to this clinic anymore since they want to keep charging patients unnecessary tests and multiple sleep studies. ridiculous! they care more about money and not their patients. read more

I had an appointment with Dr Sayal. That went fine. After that the nightmare started. His office never returns calls or VMs. The phone hold time is forever and it goes no where. You can never talk to anyone. My PCP's office called their office - same experience. My insurance called them - same. Their staff referred to me to the wrong DME company (not authorized by my insurance company). I tried every possible way (PCP's office and Insurance tried to) to change the vendor to an authorized DME without any success. Then I had no other choice but to find another provider. The worst pulmonologist ever! Be prepared to wait for at least an hour or 2. The dr Indian and heavier set will only talk tl you for 30 seconds because he is rushing with all his patient. Dirty beds with sleep studies so never again. This is not the care that we deserve. Customer service calls are so horrible and language barrier is horrible for setting schedules. Been trying to get Pulmonologist referral for almost a year. My new primary doc referred me to Dr. Sayal. I went there hoping to see a pro who could see what's wrong. But after waiting almost 2 months, I was told that a nurse practitioner was going to meet with me and not the doctor. They do this listing it as a preliminary evaluation, then make another appt with the doctor himself. This allows him to bill insurance TWICE for an appointment that should have taken place once. Dr. Sayal could very possibly be a very good doctor, however, not only getting thru to his Bullhead City office to speak to ANYONE is impossible, but leaving multiple messages don't work either. Be sure and read before you sign any documents and if you get an oxygen meter in the mail, that you didn't know you were getting, REFUSE IT!!!!!! It's been 7 months since I've had an appointment with Dr. Sayal, but my Medicare & supplemental were being billed due to the oxygen meter that was sent to me. I sent the meter back a month ago and I'm hopeful that the billing will stop. read more

The office staff doesn't answer their phones or return messages. I found an e-mail and wrote to them about my concerns and nobody replied. I made an appointment with Dr. Vikas Sayel and met with a PA who was unprofessional. She refused to give me the contact information nor the name of the ent surgeon who is supposed to do my Inspire implant for sleep apnea. This is the Henderson office. I have not heard from anyone after three weeks. I will have drive to their offices. If I don't get answers I will call Darcy Spears and go to the R-J medical reporter. They diagnosed me with sleep apnea. Now there's no followup. I suggest that Dr. Sayal close his other two offices and straighten up this one. This is the WORST, most uncaring "medical" office I have ever seen. My mom was a patient here. She passed away in September and they know it. After her death, I had to deal with excess supplies that they sent to me that we did NOT order. You can never get anyone on the phone. The front desk staff are always on their cell phones. Dr. Sayal is cold and aloof. He kept pressuring my mother to have a sleep study which would have done her no good since she had advanced COPD and did not want to wear a mask over her face. Had appointment with doctor at the bullhead city office. Drove 45 minutes and the nurse wheeled in a computer so the doctor could do a computer appointment. I was never informed they were changing to a teladoc appointment and if I had been, that could have been done from my home. The reason for the appointment was to get a refill for C-pap supplies and he did not do the refill, and the office will not return my calls. He also prescribed an inhaler, not the medicine for my nebulizer that I requested. He might be the doctor, but this is my health and he was not interested in listening at all. read more

I'm not sure how this place even qualifies for being a lung specialist when they have never once listened to my lungs or wear a stethoscope. Their only goal is to push experimental and expensive drugs because they get kick backs. They are utterly useless and rude to boot. To tell someone they don't need oxygen when they literally use 6 E tanks a week, is hypoxic, has sleep apnea, severe asthma which is basically COPD at this point, and get intubation while in the ICU is wildly unprofessional and unethical. I would encourage anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Maybe outside the state of Nevada. Healthcare people here are a tragedy. Again, they only want to push unaffordable injections on someone they don't know about even know if they need it is disturbing. You've been warned! read more

His office sent another person's records to a provider of my husband's. When it was pointed out to them, they never contacted us to rectify the issue, apologize or correct the issue. This delayed my husband having several diagnosis' added to his Department of Labor White Card. Needless to say we did not return to him. When I first started seeing Dr Sayal, it was easy to contact the office via phone. Fast forward to the current day, I call and there's no answer and the voicemail picks up. I've left several voicemail messages over this year and not one of them has been responded to. It's a 40 minute drive one way to Dr. Sayal's office for me, so it's not that I am nearby and can stop by for assistance. With the cost of everything rising, no patient should have to drive to the office for assistance. Last week, I did just that. When I enter, I see one of the young ladies at the front desk on the phone, which is the person that's usually eating and on her cell phone whenever I come in for an appointment. The other young lady at the front desk appeared to be new, as I haven't seen her before. I tell her that I've been calling all morning since they've opened and the phone just rings and goes to voicemail. She just says oh the phones have been busy today. I told her this happens no matter when I call. There was no empathy there at all. When you do have an appointment, it's a long wait. The waiting area is overcrowded. Granted I don't know what others are being seen for, yet at my last visit, I witnessed people that came in long after I did get waited on before me. This office has a lack of respect for people's time. Now, when Elise was here, she was thorough and listened to you. On the other hand, when being seen by Dr. Sayal, the visit is rushed literally. Your questions get overlooked, as well as your concerns. While I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, a patient not being able to get in contact with the physicians office via phone is ridiculous. No patient should have to physically go to the office to take care of something that can be done via phone. I wrote a note and faxed it to the office. The fax was transmitted successfully. Yet, I still have not heard from anyone at the office. I tried calling again and still no one answers the phone. Hopefully, the office manager will see this and do something about it, so that phone calls are answered and calls are returned after voicemails are left. Had a Dr appt 9-4-24 had a breathing test done, had a follow up on 9-6-24 recieved a call that i had a balance due of$310.0 which i did not know about I did not have any money at that time, so The Office girl that called said i wont get my results with out making a payment...they let me take the test so my insyrance could be billed but are holding my results hostage i know i have a balance of $310 i was told by office staff. but to hold results from a patient because they cant pay???????? Game changer! It was my pleasure to be seen as a new patient by Dr Vikas Sayal, FCCP, and his staff this afternoon! I was in need of continuity of pulmonary care and was dissatisfied with another provider in town that had unacceptable follow up and totally dropping the ball. I am completely satisfied now!!! I did spend time filling out online new patient forms at home prior to my visit today. I appreciate this as an expedited and helped me prepare for my appointment. Having all my history readily available helped the staff and Dr Sayal address all of my concerns and issues. I truly feel that I am in excellent hands. I have a good plan now and I feel confident my issues will be safely monitored. They were excellent reviews online of Dr. Sayal which let me see care under his direction. So happy. Went there for a follow-up after being hospitalized. It was the most horrible experience I ever had. First, the receptionist is unprofessional and very rude! My appointment was 1215. I didn't get in to see the doctor until 1 hour and a half, then Doctor Sayal came after waiting 25 minutes and introduced himself and asked what brings me there, I looked at him with a confused face and u have been attending me in the hospital for 9 days and u are asking why I'm there, unprofessional, he then asked questions, and then checked me for about 3 seconds unbelievable!!!!!! Then I said I'll see you in 1 month. I feel I wasn't treated professionally at all very sad... I waited ng there, no one came to check me out. It was horrible My friend had to ask what's next, walked out to the receptionist again, and was very rude Finally left at around 215pm. I'm not sure why I was there I already have my own pulmonary doctor who is angry that the hospital Saint Rose Sienna didn't contact him...... something should be done about this doctor and his team!!!! read more

I posted a one star review earlier today 3/20/24. We had had an 11am appointment but no one came in so we left at 12:30pm. But something happened when we returned home that never happens. Dr. Sayal called us. He was out of the office with severe flu and apologized that things don't happen like they did at his office. Dr Sayal is knowledgeable, professional, nice and caring. If this review was only about him, I would rate 5. However, some office staff don't deserve even one star. There is no way to contact the Dr after visit. You call over and over, leave voicemails, or even talk to someone and they are simply supposed to deliver the message, but they don't care at all about the patients. The Assistant Manager, Jay Jay, is very confrontational and argumentative. I phoned and spoke with Madison regarding my bill. She eventually ended the call and falsely claimed that I had hung up. I was using my office phone and didn't disconnect the call. I didn't behave rudely towards anyone. I called simply because I needed their assistance. According to Jay Jay, Madison told her that I had hung up. Jay Jay claimed they couldn't do anything for me. She continued to talk over me with a hostile demeanor. Eventually, I was able to inform Jay Jay that my insurance had reprocessed everything. Jesus! Who hired this woman to work in customer service? Dr. SAYAL happened to be the Dr treating my dad since he was discharged from the hospital. We don't really know too many good specialist in the Valley. The Dr is very nice, and according to my dad, he's had a good experience all these year with Dr. Sayal. The office staff and manager kenjal is where the problem is. No one is ever on the same page. I've constantly been given wrong and diff information from all. That's a shame that wrong info came from the manager herself. She was so confused and was so clueless about medications. I thought I was getting everything situated but nope. In my opinion, as a manager, he or she should have some clinical knowledge. Being in the medical field myself, as an RN, I have to be on top of my parents health and appts and Sayal's staff doesn't make it any helpful. I'm glad I was able to speak to Sayal himself to get a better understanding of my dad's treatment plan. But as soon as I hang up, it's my words against his staff.
