Unfortunately, during installation, 3 out of 5 of the glass globes fell and shattered due to improper handling and a failure to ensure they were correctly secured before lifting. My state of shock at seeing irreplaceable glass shattered across my dining room floor took over at that moment. Still, after explaining the situation, the original invoice was dropped from $200 to $165. While I can appreciate the partial discount, $35 off really made me feel dismissed. This was a vintage piece, a detail I had stressed while booking. The destruction of the shades doesn't just damage the fixture; it damages the entire value of the piece. After some back and forth (during which it was stated that it was within reason to fault me too for not explaining the precarious physics of the chandelier), the price was eventually lowered to $100, with a promise that if I found replacements, they would cover the cost (to an extent). Unfortunately, that seems like a long shot; these shades are likely irreplaceable, and I think even they realized the absurdity of trying to find matching replacements. The invoice was ultimately waived, but that doesn't begin to make up for the damage done to a one-of-a-kind piece, plus the hours I have spent searching for something similar since the accident. I am incredibly heartbroken, and while I understand that mistakes happen, this experience fell short of the care, accountability, and empathy I had hoped for. If you're installing standard fixtures, you may not run into issues. But if you're working with anything vintage or fragile, I'd strongly recommend finding a team with more specialized experience, more care, and more willingness to take responsibility if something goes wrong sincerely (and immediately).

This experience with Service Relief did not go well and still isn't fully resolved…read more First I called several weeks ago to schedule what I thought would be a minor job. No call back after a full week. I finally schedule service and the first service tech is unable to resolve the issue and says he will need to order parts. I get a date when they will come back and end up with a service tech that replaces the faucet and shower head and leaves me with a dripping shower faucet and a hole in the wall that I tells me I need to get an access cover with no real details. He also tells me that since they can't replace the fixtures in my bathroom sink I need to purchase a new vanity and faucet. Mind you over the several days that it took to come out the second time these items could have been ordered and at my home or ready for pick up. On the scheduled day of the third appointment I get a call as I am leaving work to get home for the service that indicates the service tech has an emergency and can't make it. On the fourth day I get several calls from scheduling about where to pick up the items I ordered and then finally requesting the order number. Two techs arrive to install the new vanity and faucet. During the install they started talking about me or another customer while in my bathroom. After all this they try to convince me that my shower faucet isn't leaking and then say if it starts to they can come back. In addition after they left I found two of my towels balled up on the floor wet and with debris in them. They never asked to use these towels for this purpose. My shower faucet is still dripping.
