Yes, it sometimes takes a while to get the garments back, but each time I was given a date when I dropped off the garment and it was ready when I showed up to pick it up. I don't care as much about the time. I'm not really able to use the articles anyway, since they needed repairs or alterations, and the timeframe has always been within reason.
