Partially shaded and partial sun. We ordered cold beer and shots; wings, conch fritters and the like. The conch fritters came with a sweet chili sauce and a creamy zesty mayonnaise sauce. Perfectly fried and prepared. The wings had the same sweet chili sauce and were a perfect tangy snack for our beer drenched tongues. The pool water was a perfect temperature and the staff was relentlessly accommodating. If you're in St Thomas looking for a perfect way to waste a day, climb the steep hill and stairs and make your way to the sweet paradise we have enjoyed today.

Exhibits include vases, weapons, tools and coins found from various shipwrecks. The centerpiece is the Odyssey which is an in underwater robot used to collect artifacts. There is a second floor accessible by a slow elevator or stairs which tells a little bit about some of the pirates in the area. There are a few photo spots, hands on exhibits and a hurricane simulator with wind speeds up to 75 mph. I felt the $20 admission fee was reasonable compared to the $30 for the skylift. They will take your money and not care about the quality of goods and services they provide.

What I really loved about this shop is that they worked with all of our requests and took their time to make the best arrangement possible which turned out to be a collection of live fully grown multi colored orchids in a basket which could could be later planted. All of my questions and concerns were swiftly answered by Sara over the phone (I didn't have to even go to the shop) and they also do delivery for orders which was so convenient. Other flower shops on island have sooooooo many restrictions for delivery times/days, special requests, and add astronomical charges for different things but everything we ordered was one flat rate and it was done up perfectly. Flower arrangements on St. Thomas are expensive in general because everything has to be shipped in. If you're going to be spending a lot on one of these arrangements select forever flowers.

I got maybe 2 hours of sleep. This is not "local charm"--it's completely unacceptable. At 4:00 AM I went to the front desk asking for another room. Esther told me nothing was available. That was false. I saw multiple empty rooms myself, and the next morning overheard the manager (Marsha) confirming they were in fact available. They will all cover for each other and lie. Can you imagine they're getting paid to stay up all night but you're not ! How hard would it have been to move us to another room? Esther'sresponse was someone needs to call animal control. How about you? Do your job and care about your customers needs. Security (Frankie) refused to help at all, offering excuses instead of doing anything useful--even though the problem was right outside my room. I told him the rooster was right in the tree and he said I can't step on the beach. We don't own it.. Their solution? A $50 credit on a $200+ stay and about the same in food and drinks. Knowing I didn't sleep. A joke. The manager could care less at this facility if you sleep at all. So to summarize: no sleep, dishonest staff, and zero accountability. Plenty of better places to stay--choose one of those. They clearly do not care about their customers... Do better. PS. I was told I would receive a $50 credit for not sleeping at all... and guess what ? As of today, still haven't received it ..once again ,another lie. This place is a joke. If you really want to sleep, don't stay here.!!
