The older mobile homes are slowly being phased out, however many residents have older models that are in good condition and no one ever feels threatened here. I've known several residents and they usually have good things to say. There's a clubhouse, modest pool, and plenty of space for residents to walk their pets or take a gentle stroll. Caravana is a rare place as several other parks in the San Jacinto area are neglected and become rundown. Caravana is clean and always upgrading! There's speed bumps to promote driving the speed limit (too many for my taste lol, but it's good to be safe). There's also a community pantry that takes place inside the clubhouse every so often on the weekends. So if you need groceries, there's items available to seniors. If you're a fan of Soboba Casino Resort, you're down the street. It's probably a five minute drive away! I think the clubhouse and pool should be renovated and this place will be five stars. Also, the staff is a bit nit picky about lawns and driveways almost like an HOA, so be aware of that.

Whether you are an absentee owner or more "hands-on", they will work with you and provide whatever services YOU need. I have used several of the vendors they recommended for repairs and was so impressed that I have used them on my own house, as well. The vendors were professional, very responsive, and reasonably priced. The HSJVPM team is ethical, proffesional, and personable. They address all of my tenant's needs in a prompt manner. They have been very good about keeping me informed of all issues with my property and tentants.

I drove all the way down from Arizona to look at four of their properties went to their office after I had already emailed them 3 days before I came down. Wasn't like I was trying to come down from where I live and look at houses for 8 days I wanted to come down for a couple days and look at houses they made it difficult I did not want to have them show me any properties because I didn't want to give them any of my money. Don't do business with this office you'll probably end up with a bunch of headaches... I mean I know it was Hemet of all places.. we found the right company and the right home in Temecula. I have heard from other tenants if you do have someone spend the night it is a charge of $100. Not only are you not appreciated as a tenant you are treated as a child who needs constant supervision. The manger does love to drive around the park exhearting her importance and constantly spying on people just waiting to write you up for anything at all.

The amenities are fantastic! Everything is top-notch. Whether you're looking to relax or recreation, there's' something for everyone. It's totally worth a visit.
