We have to keep phone on us cuz they changed the way to get in it is not senior friendly but they don;t care. We want them gone and get some one who will respect seniors. They have duck hunts like little kids if we go looking for ducks we are able to fall cuz we are seniors and can;t bend over as easy as young people but they don;t think.

I got a warm feeling of enjoyment to be part of your community plus the listing agent has talked to the manager and has positive regards for how helpful the office responded. The front desk also answered my question promptly. Space rent is low compared to what Ive paid over 3 years. I will Visit the park soon visit the office, other parks report to very strict property management and rent is raised 3xs a year forcing residents to sell. Count your blessings. ​

The lake that they talk about in their description is half full and it looks like crap. I wish I never moved here but right now we're stuck until some other options workout. They advertise a 55+ but they have been allowing kids under 18 in the park and people under 55 so basically when you look at all the residents living here, we are a all residents park by the people that are here. The course I was looking for hope you have to check it out for yourself, but I would talk to residence of the park sub say they love it here with the majority of us with common sense. Will tell you they don't there's a pending lawsuit against the park because they do not keep up with Maintenance and the only time they started doing heavy maintenance on the park is what's the lawsuit was filed now they're starting to fix up things, but there's still way far behind.

They should be inspected for mold in the walls. It would be a shame if there was black mold(serious health hazard). Over the years it is obvious that those hired to work on these units were not capable of doing proper repairs(up to code). The managers they hire are incompetent to do just basic tasks and are rarely available. It is obvious they don't know what they are doing and waste a lot of time. This is one place to AVOID.

I cannot begin to describe the pain of losing my younger brother and having to try and navigate my way through trying to sell his home without any paperwork. Rosa was the answer to my prayers, she helped my through the entire process and always with a smile on her face. Rosa told me she liked helping people and you know what, I'm living proof of that!
