I was skeptical, since I already got ripped off by a JP Mobile Home, it seemed it worked it out but…read morewithin two weeks I was back as square one. I was also quoted ridiculous amounts to do what Integrity Leveling did for a much more reasonable price. Integrity sent out Rick & Matt to me and they did a great job explaining everything to a person with has little to no knowledge of leveling a mobile home. They came prepared to the worst case scenario in which that was me. I was so happy to no longer feel like I was claiming up/down a hill inside my home. If possible request these guys to help, you won't regret it, not one bit.

I was told in no uncertain terms that the service call fee would NOT be reduced, that was the amount required to schedule the work and for the electrician to accept the job and show up at my house. I was also never told about any vacation schedule. I have texts to back this up. I would absolutely steer clear of this business. Integrity. What a joke of a name. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I accepted a proposal from Integrity Leveling on April 10, 2026. I was told the job could be completed in 2-3 weeks and somebody would call me to schedule the following week. 2 weeks later and no call to schedule. I followed up with the office and the sales rep and they assured me that Phil had been on vacation and would call me the next day to schedule. No word from Phil. At this point I decided to move on and use another vendor. I'm glad I did, the service call amount from Integrity was $700 (!!!), and I had my issue resolved for $0 since it was just a few screws that needed to be tightened (this was for electrical work). Phil JUST called me today, May 4, 2026. Three and a half weeks after I accepted the proposal. I'd think twice about doing business with a company that can't honor its commitments.

Unless a mobile home fell…read moreon Caleb's head since the prior good reviews were left, I don't understand how he ever got 3 stars. I have not had anything close to a good experience with him. When I contacted him 6 weeks ago, I had no idea I had a prior piss-poor experience with him. I only found out I contacted him before when I texted him 6 weeks ago and a few texts from two years ago showed up in the conversation history. He flaked on me 2 years ago also. I called him in November and said I wanted my place leveled because I'm having new vinyl plank flooring put in. He told me he would look at his schedule and call me the following Monday. The call never came. I waited another week. I started blowing up his phone because I despise flakes. My last text was "Wednesdays are good". So what does he do? The next Wednesday, without calling, he sends someone out. I'm not even home at the time, you want to know why? My Mom died that day and I was meeting with my family. I get a call from Caleb that someone from his "company" is at my home. I get home and the guy starts taking off the skirting and spends about 45 minutes checking everything out. The guy then tells me my place is off 4 inches in some places and 8 inches in others but he can't start today because he doesn't have the materials. He said he'd call Caleb and give me an estimate. Caleb then calls me and says he'll get back to me with an estimate, but for now, pay the guy's gas, $200! My Mom died unexpectedly 5 hours before this so I'm not in a great frame of mind. I ask for the fee again and he repeats $200. So I ask the guy do you take a credit card or can I zelle you? He said No, he needs cash. He wants me to drive to the local liquor store and pay another $10 in fees to pay this now obviously minor league, crooked company. Anyway I get him the money. Now let's get to the estimate of the work. If my home was off level by 6-8 inches, the skirting around my place would have buckled, bent, and sure as hell wouldn't look perfect. The wall in my home would be cracked. Kitchen cabinets wouldn't stay shut, it would be real obvious that my home wasn't level. OPM is a shyster. I bet the guy makes a living without ever actually doing any work, just collecting gas money. Do not use this company unless you like talking to bullshit artists and hate your money.

I can't say enough about the professionalism this company projects. From the time they got her to the day they left I trusted them 100%. I will call them again for any of my mobilehome problems and I hope they will send out Francisco and Daniel. The best workers in the business. Call this Company. You won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, the response time for follow-up service has been extremely delayed--measured in months rather than days or weeks. The gutters on the awnings installed by Home Improvements by Tim Allard overflow significantly during normal rainfall. Before purchasing and installing the two 62-foot awnings, I specifically asked whether the system would be capable of handling the expected surface water runoff. I was assured that it would. However, it does not. Eventually, Scott returned to inspect the issue and acknowledged both the overflow problem and the need for an additional downspout. I purchased these awnings with the expectation that they would include a complete and properly designed drainage system capable of performing their intended function. I am now being told that I must pay an additional expense to install the downspouts necessary to make the system function adequately. This is not what I was originally told, and it raises a concerning question: Why would a system be sold and installed if it was not sufficient for the job from the start? I trusted Home Improvements by Tim Allard to provide a complete solution. Instead, the project remains incomplete, and I am left with overflowing gutters--a problem that did not exist with my previous system. I believe this issue should be corrected without additional cost to me, as the current configuration does not meet the expectations that were established at the time of sale. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.
