For the main, we had the 'Fiorentina di Manzetta Prussiana Extra' alla brace. I have seldom eaten a better-prepared cut of meat--perfectly grilled and incredibly flavorful. The attentativeness of the service made this experience perfect. A must-visit restaurant!
