My service was amazing & have been hooked ever since! Brittany is a true professional but is also very personable and kind, which put me at ease right away. The room was clean and calming. She asked me some questions but my skin and my regime so that she could choose which products would serve me best. I let her know that my goal was relaxing more than anything else. Brittany matched my energy right away, (if I wanted to chat, she would do so but if I wanted to be silent, she also obliged). Her movements were consistent, symmetrical, repetitive & triggered all of the touch points to help me relax & enjoy my time. She checked in occasionally to make sure that i was still comfortable. The products she used were refreshing & I love what they did for my skin. Brittany let me know what products she used, but at no time did I feel pressured to purchase them. The second time I went back, I scheduled a deluxe facial, which adds an arm & foot rub to the facial experience. So incredibly relaxing! The prices are very competitive, the overall salon environment is bright & clean and everyone there was very friendly. The front door is locked and the 2 employees are in the back at the shampoo bowls...1 employee washing the hair of the other employee. I knock on the door, the shampooer looks up at me, sees me, and continues to wash hair. She starts on round 2 of shampooing. I knock again, louder. Barely looking up and ignores me. I stood there another 2-3 minutes, asked my husband what else to do and eventually left. My entire family has been using this place for years. I have always been a pleasant customer, always tip at least 25% each trip. Can't speak for the guys in my family, but they lost me as a customer! So sad. :(
