How are you gonna charge me $50 for the same thing for a fill-in when you originally charge me 60 for it to be done so unfortunately I probably will not be going back to her because to try to scam me like that or try to pull one over is kind of bullshit and frustrating so yeah I don't know how I feel about that because I talk very highly about this business and about her and I have recommended her to a lot of my friends and business people which now I'm gonna have to retract those statements to them and let them know to watch her or to watch the business itself because I tip good. After reading other Yelp and Google reviews, I called this morning to get an appointment since I did not want to wait as a walk-in. I was told 12:15pm, and then 12pm. I repeated this back and the man on the phone confirmed the time twice before I hung up. When I arrived a few minutes before 12, I was told my time was actually for 12:45. I know I did not make an error on this, and I wish he'd just said they made a mistake instead of insisting that's the time he told me over the phone; it was not. During my appointment, two other women came in for pedicures; one woman arrived soon after I did and said she had an appointment, but her treatment wasn't even started by the time I left. So that's challenging if you have a schedule to stick to. Overall, good treatment, clean shop, iffy time management.

I did end up waiting a while due to there only being 2 people working in the shop and me being a walk-in, but they were so friendly and apologetic I honestly didn't even mind waiting. They took their time on the clients they had but also worked efficiently, which I would have wanted if it had been me. And they didn't turn me away even though they had to stay open almost an hour later than their posted hours to complete my manicure.
