Without a doubt, Laurence and Miguel are nice people, however when it comes to standard business practices, they just were not on the mark. I felt there were hidden costs in the contract and upon asking, I couldn't get a straight answer. Miguel represented me in a legal exchange, writing a power of attorney document, and having me sign it AFTER the exchange, with my simple name incorrectly spelled. When I asked him to return the keys, it took him 5 days, however that was not the agreement. My guests arrived early and took the one key out of the lockbox and left for the day; the cleaning lady had no way to get into the condo to clean! (I was promised the keys would be delivered days before.) It mounted into so much confusion, and of course, I had to pay the cleaning lady twice for her efforts and inconvenience. None of this would have happened if Miguel would have brought the keys in the timely manner he had assured me he would. Such a simple act of responsibility. read more
