I've taken several loans out from this particular establishment over the last couple of years and…read morehave never had any kind of a problem either with the staff or the repayment schedules. I've taken both payday loans and installment loans. The interest on the payday loans was reasonable enough (it sure beats the lecture you inevitably get when borrowing from a relative - lol) but the interest on the installment loans is sky high; you end up paying more than double the amount borrowed over the course of about a half of a year. Payday loans are MUCH better to take out as the interest works out to about $18 per $100 borrowed and payable on your next paycheck, so the pain is over quickly. They call you several days ahead of your scheduled repayment date to remind you, and that has saved my skin on several occasions. The employees are professional and nice, particularly the store manager (Mardis is her name). They are definitely NOT like the employees at ANY given PLS Store, which I'm sure is an anagram for Professional Loan Sharks! I probably would only give 3 stars at best to any loan store, simply because I can't get all worked up about taking out a loan of any kind at any time ever, but I will give a 4th star because of the employees professionalism and nature.
