The lock for the front door is an automatic button that also comes with a pin. The inside has a system that you can connect to your phone to adjust the a/c, lights, etc. When we moved in there was many things that needed to be fixed and I mopped our floors FOUR TIMES and it was still super dirty water. I was open to ideas and never once said no to any of the recommendations. Once I asked for more budget friendly alternatives, I got ghosted and communication stopped. It's unfortunate that as a loyal customer for about three years I got treated this way simply because I was trying to work within my budget. If they didn't want the job, they should have been upfront and told me instead of completely stopping communication with me. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are.
