I was there today to find a matching wallet & purse. I took a wallet over to see if it matched. I put the wallet down by the purse, decided to think about it and made one more loop around the store before exiting. I got half way across the parking lot when an employee came hoofing across the parking lot and accused me of stealing the wallet - I told him it was by the matching purse and went back in the store to show him. He didn't apologize, not at all. I was humiliated and will never ever go back. I've shopped local for years to support this store, but I can order on line just as easy, and will.

The service was amazing--from the wide selection and quality brands to the genuinely helpful staff. I was able to try on a bunch of different sneakers until I found the right pair. Then, when it came to the work shoes, they helped me test out insoles and different fits until we found something that worked perfectly. A special shoutout to Chloe--she went above and beyond. They ordered the work shoes in for me, and instead of making me pay a ridiculous shipping fee to get them to my dorm, Chloe personally delivered them. I'm Size 10 in women's for reference. They are comparable in cost to the prices online. The fitting is free which is awesome as well.
