My first encounter was with a grumpy old baby boomer who greeted everyone with a half hearted " can I help you except me -- where I responded I guess I came on the wrong day and his response with an irritated voice " it is what it is." I did ask where were the lady sneakers he threw up his hands and motioned half irritated from " that wall to there," I then wondered why do I bother because money spends any where. Yet, I took a deep breath wondered over to where he pointed -- got my sketchers and headed toward the cashier -- to a delightful gen-zeer who allowed me to breath and thank goodness -- I was leaving and how was your day?

Waited 10-15 minutes for someone to help, and every time we flagged either of the 2 employees, mostly playing on their phones, they'd duck and hide or go into the back. We walked around to look for the boots at other stores for about an hour, and after we couldn't find them, we came back to see if we could get some help a second time. Stood around for another 10 minutes this time, before leaving again to find them at Jordan Creek. To no avail, we came back to the store a third time. We stood around for 5 minutes and we were *finally* able to grab someone. When we waved him over, there was no greeting, just "what?". Absolutely ridiculous. We bought the boots because we couldn't even find the same color online, and we'd done our fair share trying to find a similar style/brand elsewhere today. After this, we'll never be back.

Finally after pulling teeth one of them went to the back, I asked the other one how his day was going, and he kinda was staring into space and didn't even realize I was talking to him! HELLO am I invisible in here or what! Finally the other guy came out, and naturally the largest options they had were 11 1/2! I have wore adidas shoes in a size 12 since I was a freshman in high school I knew that is what I needed and these were not going to work. The guy kinda scoffed off when I said it was a no go.
