Last night we had the most incredible meal and our waitress was the cutest- super friendly and accommodating! It was a full house as usual but very very loud we didn't talk much as it was kind of pointless and would have to yell to even be heard- at that point I was wishing I had made a res for the patio out back lol. We had the tomato & peach salad that was to die for! We ate the entire plate! Then we ordered the black cod which is my favorite fish- so tender and flaky, loved the addition of meaty lions Mane mushrooms and a miso slaw! Hubby had the skirt steak- so tender, perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth! Loads of flavor. The heirloom tomato that came with it was killer as well! Our waitress kept bringing dishes to the table that she thought we would like, as an apology for "the wait" (which we weren't worried about in the least) but were very grateful to receive! The bread roll and green beans, so so good! Thank you so much!

Crafted is an upscale restaurant with a menu that changes but is always locally sourced. Be sure to get your reservation beforehand as this restaurant is not open every day plus it's popular. There is a parking lot that is ample. Upon entering you will notice a clean, friendly and trendy vibe. Oh and the menu is for sharing so your table gets to try a variety. I loved the carrot dish and the cauliflower. They were special eve though I wouldn't ordinarily say that about vegetables. The round bread was soft and the pasta was phenomenal. The Zabuton steak had a nice favorite but if was my least favorite. This dinner was incredibly good and I will be back!

The food and cocktails were amazing, service excellent. The restaurant was a standalone building on the outskirt of Yakima. It's a bit more upscale with a nice and warm ambiance. Definitely recommended. Food was passable, but service was absolutely the worst…read more Waiter (Marcus F) was probably the worst I have had in a while. I ordered two apps and an iced tea. He asked if I wanted bread with my meal. I said "Sure". Well bread is $5. Not a big deal, but would be nice to mention or at least bring a nice warm bread? Neither happened! Bread was hard and cold. Menus still on the table. App one arrived, then app two arrived. Still no iced tea. Then he came around the corner after being absent for 10-15 min; app one was already finished. Then I caught him doing a 180 and then come back with my tea. At this point about 30 min since I sat down, he asked if I was ready to order. Really? I was done, asked for a refill on the tea and a check. He took the glass and came back with same glass refilled. Now maybe I am being picky here, but if you take the glass, then just bring a fresh one. Dont just top of the melted ice with tea. Old lemon wedged between the ice and new one on top. Overall: Place is busy. Food is ok, but they could do better!

One of us would have said slightly better than average casual Chinese food. The other one of us thinks this is some of the best Chinese food in a long time. The service was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No disagreements there. The atmosphere - one of us found it at the lower end of casual Asian dining. The other one of us just didn't care. The value. One of us found it very overpriced. The other one didn't care and pointed to how expensive every restaurant is now, while the first one of us wanted to point out that this is priced for a much nicer dining experience (eg, atmosphere, presentation, and even the fairly tasty meal just don't support the pricing). Portions, at least on entrees (we didn't try the appetizers), are pretty good, so that helps. Also, one of us would point out that it's often described as "dim sum," but a handful of pricey appetizers is not what is expected as a "dim sum" experience. By this logic, every restaurant (or at least every Chinese restaurant) could market itself as "dim sum" if it has appetizers, which they all do. That isn't what I expect of dim sum. So, there you have it - we're split. We will return to try the appetizers (aka "dim sum"), but it won't be cheap. It seems very popular and I wish them success, with a few improvements.

Mine came out just slightly more done than I ordered, but honestly not enough to bother me much. With a steak that large, especially around the bone, I was kind of expecting some variation in the cook anyway. Most of it was right where I wanted it and the flavor was excellent. My date got the full rack of ribs and those were also really good. We both got baked potatoes, although I went with the baked sweet potato, and everything on the sides was cooked well. We also had a few margaritas. I had a couple of the spicy ones and they were really good, definitely better than I expected from a chain steakhouse. The peanuts were a nice snack too and I ended up taking some home. Our server was excellent. I unfortunately cannot remember his name, but he was a younger guy and did a great job throughout the meal. He was attentive without hovering and everything came out smoothly. Overall, this was exactly what I want from Texas Roadhouse. Big portions, a good steak, solid drinks, and great service. I would definitely come back if I am in Yakima again.

If you want a good dining experience, try and sit in her section. The manager stopped by and welcomed us to the restaurant since some of the folks in our group had never been to a Texas Roadhouse before. It's like Jimmy Mac's in Federal Way but with less flair. Even though the restaurant was pretty busy the food came out in a timely manner. They cook a pretty good sirloin. We shared entrees because I knew from a previous visit that portion sizes are pretty large.
