The employees all behaved as though we were an inconvenience. I left only purchasing 2 pair of jeans and a dress. We were planning on three pair of boots amongst other outfits. I actually made a second visit to the Sam Mateo location. Different staff and just as inconvenienced. Vegas staff should be training this store staff. This store had slightly less friendly, slightly less helpful staff. It seemed like it was all teenage girls, no one who really knew anything, just people working for a paycheck. The one thing they did help us with was showing us the tools available for cleaning our hats, which was great. I've bought boots, hats, and shirts there. I called them, because the pair of boots that I bought less than a year ago, are falling apart. The problem, is that the sole had split clean through on the right boot directly in front of the heel, and was just starting to do the same on the left foot. I didn't even know it, and only saw when I crossed my legs and saw the bottom of my boot. Anyway, I called Boot Barn and was immediately transferred to somebody other than the person that answered the phone. This second person could not have cared less. She told me that if the boots were only about 30 days old, I might be able to return them. She didn't even offer to contact Dan post on my behalf. What crappy service. I will never, never, shop at Boot Barn again. The staff there, showed, zero F's given. BTW, I contacted Dan Post directly through no effort from the shoddy staff at Boot Barn and they immediately replaced the boots. They arrived today!
