The entire crew including Alex, the owner and all the girls who work in the store are very friendly and go out of there way to help you out! When launching or taking your boat out of the water the crew goes way out of there way to help you out as well. We had a problem with the bilge pump in our boat not working during those recent crazy rain storms. Alex and the owner made sure the water level did not get to high in the boat and pumped the water out several times!

They charge a high premium and do the bare minimum that you can do at home. They only service yacht club clients, yet still deliver poor quality work. I knew a guy who worked there recently and it's no surprise the service is so bad. They gave him zero training. John D just threw him into the detailing area, pointed at a wall-mounted pressure washer and said "it's not rocket science" then walked off. The staff were all very snappy and rude, instructions were never clear, and they would yell at him for not getting boats done on time. They wouldn't even provide proper paperwork for the boats -- they just expected him to use his own judgment. Then they had the audacity to fire him for being "forgetful" when they're the ones who created that chaotic environment in the first place. Stay away from this place. High prices for low effort and terrible management. (All the workers should probably be drug tested too)

Do not use this company. This company will not let you cancel or move your reservation if the…read morereservation is within 14 days. Weather reports are only 10 days out, so you get totally screwed if it rains. Even if there's lightning, this company will not let you move your reservation. I could understand if you canceled or moved and they were left with an unreserved boat that could have been reserved by someone else, but boats will not rent in the rain, so they are just using the weather as a means to screw you and profit in the mean time. Use Winnie Marine instead. They cost a bit more, but they'll let you cancel your reservation on the day of if it's raining. No contest in terms of service.
